I do hope this is the start of the regression. It’s only what you ‘deserve’ for laying in bed until 8:30 and ignoring your toddler Ash!

But she doesn't believe in regression or leaps....she follows her instincts cos she's a CoOl mUm and has done her research

No we don’t take about adults like that because they are fully developed humans whose brains have formed and they generally don’t get attachment issues or randomly wake up because their comforter fell out of their hand or they’re ravenous because they ate three pieces of pasta for dinner because the sauce had a bit of carrot in it or they’re having a growth spurt or ANY OF THE OTHER MYRIAD OF REASONS why small children and babies wake up and adults don’t.

HOW can she be so thick that she thinks it’s the same?! Babies aren’t adults and adult rules need not apply to them, if she thinks they do that’s just another reason why she should never have been a parent.

Even if it is the sleep regression and she wakes 20 times a night she’ll say she’s grateful she gets to spend extra sacred awake time with her Angel. She won’t say a bad word about her.

This annoyed me. She doesn’t follow things like regressions and leaps because we don’t talk about adults like that?

BECAUSE ADULTS HAVE GONE THROUGH THEIR REGRESSION AND LEAPS AS BABIES.
I beg #Ada starts to wake up every 45m sleep cycle for her regression like my boy did (oh, but regressions aren’t a thing, sooo…..!)

She doesn't follow milestones, regressions, leaps and whatever else because she's too lazy. It would require effort to figure out how you can help your child through those tough times, and she just wants to live her life the way she wants it regardless of what her babies want and need.

The thing is though, because she parents by instinct, and 'doesn't follow all that child development stuff', she has no idea of what is expected and so any change in her children's behaviour/sleep is just attributed to teething, because otherwise she is clueless. How about 'doing your research' on what are entirely normal aspects of baby/toddler development, most of the time nothing to do with their teeth.

She doesn’t believe in stages of development because she has no interest in helping to aid her children’s development. If you’re not aware of the stages then you can’t possibly help them or play appropriately with them

I’m glad we brought up the strangers on a tube, didn’t know if it was just me being overprotective but def wouldn’t pass my 3 month old baby to two randoms on the tube!!

Sorry but her baby is tiny. Why would you want strangers holding her? No way would I hand my baby over to someone who may never wash their hands, might be sick, that my baby doesn’t know!! What the hell!
