My ex worked at a pharmaceutical company and they grew cell cultures and aborted fetuses were involved in the process somehow . The company used to get threats, almost of terrorism I suppose even though it was legit and apparently consent to donate for this purpose is obtained as part of the abortion process.

That does sound quite chilling but all above board I suppose and that’s where people have got ‘vaccines contain fetus’ from. Which does sound crazy but when you look beyond the initial huh? It makes sense to use what is in theory human cells rather than animals.

Yes they make it sound like there are actual aborted fetal cells in the vaccine whereas instead it's cells developed from fetal cells. We need human cells to grow human viruses on. There is a big difference.

This is an area I find really tricky. Admittedly I don’t know a huge amount about it and wonder if it’s best I don’t but I think it’s important consent is obtained. I’m not sure what my view on it is but I’m also aware that the majority of where we are with medicine is due to a lot of awful practices going back a long time ago such as body snatching

Yeah, I think that's one of the many cases where some CTs are based on a kernel of truth, only it's often something that was illegally done in the past or being twisted to fit their narrative.

Medical ethics were appalling and a lot of modern practices come from some very dark places. There has been a lot of work around renaming certain instruments that were named after the obstetricians that developed them usually on black women as it was felt that they did not feel pain as muchThis is an area I find really tricky. "Stop intimidating the people of Ireland," O'Doherty says, adding, "the Irish people have had enough of it."
"You don't speak for the Irish people," Leblique replies.
"Really? We'll see about that," O'Doherty says. She continues, "Absolute scum of the earth these people, look at them."
DublinLive reports that while Leblique was subject to online harassment after the incident, he also received messages of support, which he took the time to personally respond to.

I think it's a case of people know something scientific happens with aborted fetuses , but don't understand what and then it becomes like Chinese whispers , even with people who don't believe there's a conspiracy. I don't know exactly what happens myself so I hope I haven't contributed to the misunderstanding.
I agree , it is probably in the small print but I'm not sure everyone will understand what they are consenting to .

100% agree! This is what drives me insane - these people can invest all this time, energy and anger into pursuing these crackpot theories yet there are so many cover-ups and miscarriages of justice that they could get behind.
I've always hugely admired investigative journalists and campaigners who work tirelessly to expose truths and wrongdoings in order to get justice, helping those wrongly convicted of crimes, exposing flaws in policing and judicial processes, uncovering atrocities like paedophile gangs, helping to find missing people and what may have happened to them etc, etc.
Surely getting behind these sorts of projects would be a far more productive and valuable use of their "enquiring minds" than pedalling the nonsensical mumbo-jumbo about Bill Gates, Tom Hanks, Hilary Clinton, Katy Perry, Oprah, Ellen DeGeneres, Chrissy Teigan and God knows who else...
