Watched the video now: the bit about Ioan looking tired of those proceedings made me feel for him - and I'm sure Alice knows this. Here is hoping he celebrates Valentines Day next year being free of her.

Her comments about the judge are also interesting. Not bad and something we have noticed before. As she said the parties themselves have to ask the court for getting the other party into contempt, that's just the design of it that they are not particulary active on their own (even if this judge clearly has seen through Alice at many stages of this case)

She also highlighted how important it is to get the info re malices friendship with Boshoff, due to the smear campaign, as she has definitely impacted his career, this is also grounds for reduced SP.
She hasn't sat for her deposition, as she is refusing to answer questions, such as the above. So Ioan might have to get an additional court order from the judge!

Not even necessary as this was open court - she could have phoned a friend or taken a marching band. None of this was closed to the public and Alice had a lawyer as well (which is more than he had for Ella when she left her 13 year old alone in the courtroom to present her own RO application with no legal representation.)

She isn't 'allowed' to engage in conversation with other residents or us staff members; he is there, sharply shouting her name, telling her to stop talking and that no one cares etc. Without a doubt, the stress of once again being held by her captor is causing dramatic weight loss, which in the elderly is extra diabolical.

I've never for a nanosecond doubted the effect emotional and physical abuse has on every aspect of an individual's life; seeing it up close and personal is heart wrenching, and adds an extra layer of pain and admiration I feel for both I and B, and the girls.

OMG. I hope that management took it seriously and separated them so she could have a life of her own.

I wonder can he just avoid trying to force her to sit for a deposition and let it be a talking point in court in February. Ultimately the judge is going to make a ruling in Feb and maybe him being utterly pissed off at her for skipping a deposition is just as good for Ioan as whatever information they'd gather from her actually doing the deposition.

I'm not legally minded at all though so this could be all hogwash from me!

I think she she ran over to Ioan's side of the court room in an attempt get both of them in the same frame. She had been sent a picture of Andrea outside the court room, why would she need one of her sitting there? She thought she had a "gotcha" moment she could exploit and use a photo of them together as evidence of anti-Alice collusion. You know, like her anti-Ioan collusion with Alison B. Once the shit storm had hit she needed to deny she was taking photos of Ioan so she changed her story. MOO

Al is so dumb. If she’d just “fainted”, rather than unhinged stomping about the court, she could have had pally Ally spin a soppy tale for her. But nooooooo, she couldn’t resist trying to bully someone, the twat.
 
Does anyone else think that the negative comments are now getting more and more? I’m wondering if more of her disciples are being brought into the light by yesterday’s shenanigans and are thinking, oh shit! There’s just the obvious ones that back her, (yes, we all know which ones), but there used to be a mix ‘n match of good comments and bad comments on the DM, is it just my brain that’s reading mainly bad ones but with obvious sock accounts saying panicky things in retaliation? (“Ya mom” kinda thing)
I’m pretty sure she used to have a lot more support than she does now, even though, only a few days ago, she was saying that the hurtful ones are fewer now than they have ever been! I don’t go there to read religiously, but what’s happened to the minor who was adopted and thought she was the best thing since Dracula’s mother?

A lot of mAlices histrionics today are her usual "look over there a squirrel" tactics 🐿🐿🐿

She is desperate to deflect from the real outcomes of the case
  • Judge stressed that Ioan NOT in child support arears - next payment not even due until October
  • Spousal support reduced to around 21% of the previous level - FAFO for mAlice
  • Formal Gavron warning issued to Alice because of her financial games- or spousal support reduced
  • custody documents sealed
  • no sanctions issued against Ioan despite Janina's scattergun filings

Now Alice has to fix her own finances and debts with only 45% of the funding she had previously enjoyed from Ioan - plus she still has a financial deposition to look forward to where she can explain the fish, the gym, the Soho house and Jessica Wu payments plus the mysterious income of $10,000 to $12,000 each month that she doesn't declare (is the IRS watching as well?) ....
