Again, Alice is missing Andrea is agreeing with her version of events. Alice was trying to take a pic of Andrea and maybe caught Ioan in the crossfire. But Alice won’t concede.

Andrea says she was sitting in a row behind Ioan and at one point he looked at her and she either gave him a nod or a wink to acknowledge that she knows who he is. That was the extent of their interaction. Then while the attorneys were in chambers with the judge, Alice stomped over and started taking pictures and Andrea says she can't say for sure that Ioan wasn't in them but she believes she was the target of Alice's camera.

One of Alice's minions obviously alerted Alice to Andreas presence, Alice is allergic to the truth getting out rather than her economic version of what transpired!

I would speculate that Al wanted to get both Andrea and Yo in the photos, with her crazy paranoia of them being up to domething sinister together. Literally no one cares. She made a fool of herself.
