Not completely true we have the tmz video...
But yes the pointing of her phone is generally what she does to intimidate. Did it in the tmz video. Did it at the TSA incident. Took photos of the car outside her house that was "spying" on her. Didn't we see the eldest copying this too with her video of Ioan after mustardgate?

the parties themselves stipulated this. Alice no doubt wanted a lot more. it's at least a amount now that causes no more overpayments and helps the transition. then in february there are several options available (low or no support, pensions etc)
 
I can’t even imagine the financial mess Alice is in TBH. She truly believed Ioan would be made to not only support her but support her in the manor to which she had become accustomed. I don’t know why she’s quoting how many years of spousal support she’s entitled to because however long it WILL stop at some point and then what?

She should be busting a gut to find a lucrative new career because she’s not getting any younger and it won’t be any easier in three, five or ten years to earn a good salary. I know it’s been mentioned on here today that she cannot look to the future and lives only in the present but WTH is she going to do in retirement with no savings, investments or pension of her own? We joke about a trailer park but she’ll not be able to afford one. Sadly I fear the two E’s are going to be supporting their mother for many years to come.

Just jumping on quickly before this thread closes, and wanted to say can’t believe I’ve finally won a thread title, even if the best bit had to be cut off for it to fit🤣🤦🏼‍♀️. Although, I would like to dedicate it to our new hero Andrea. And despite what rubbish Alice claims, it’s pretty obvious from the way that thread went down, that it was a complete and utter utter surprise to us that Andrea decided to go live and watch the proceedings in an OPEN (for the people at the back) court and there is zero conspiracy with tattle and Andrea whatsoever. Although it seems that Andrea does think tattle is a great place for collecting and displaying all court evidence, and timelines, Alice’s lies etc…. unfortunately for Alice that’s as deep as the conspiracy goes🤣🙄

I might have missed it but did we ever get an explanation for why Ioan’s side said there’d been a mix up over him not asking for the whole custody stipulation to be sealed (when we all thought that’s exactly what he had asked for). And also does this then mean that the stipulation will not be sealed, other than the two portions? And does that mean if so Alice can leak it at some point? And is the date in October that was for something (I think a hearing?) now scrapped too and absolutely everything moved now to February?

Any word on when/if the transcript of hearsay will be available @Hiraeth? Sorry for all the questions, but everything has been moving so quick (unlike Alice) that I’m not sure about those parts.

Alice since yesterday has obviously been high off all the attention, seeing baby angel irl for the first time in literal years, and her favourite thing in the world ever which is arguing with people on social media. I dread to think what she’s been ranting and raving to the two E’s, and how many times they’ve heard about “that” photo with her screeching “Seeeeee, your father and those awful horrible people they’re all conspiring against us, I told you so etc etc etc”. But when the high ends and the come down comes, I honestly feel so so sad for those two girls, as many other have said living with Alice’s madness and having to placate her ALL the time must be absolutely exhausting for them😞

The only thing that could’ve made this day in court more perfect was if Janinnnnna had led Alice down the street with her jacket over her head like a pantomime cow the same way Lauryn entered court. Apologies to anyone not familiar with the Miss Goodman/Mr Walker story, she’s almost as crazy as Alice but in a money grabbing, child exploiting kind of way.

Didn’t one of her close friends on Twitter say she was going back to modelling? There’s a real gap in the market for a green eyed Amazonian goddess with her own quirky style.

They tried, didn’t they? They reported breaches to the police. Unless their lives are threatened, I don’t think they do much.
