Please let someone ask her in court how exactly she was intending to make a living, which apparently was impacted by Ioan. Because she's already state numerous times that she can't leave her baybeez behind to take acting roles, so what else did she plan to do? I don't think Burger King or Trader Joe's would pay much heed to her "reputation" if they had a position going 🤷🏻‍♀️
 
I’m absolutely howling at the juxtaposition between the airy “why can’t they just move on?” instagram posts and the demands of “how much did you spend in Cardiff?”, “how much was the ring?”, “what did Bianca order for starter?”, “prove you didn’t buy a Rolex”.

A full bleeping year (+ millenia?) after the divorce was a done deal.

I’m Bianca Btw. At least I’ll take that glossy mane.
 
also real talk now: why should Ioan even tell his kids he got engaged? They had recently tried to file a RO against them after they assaulted him and obviously attempted to get his girlfriend deported, they are clearly not approving of her. And the only purpose of telling it in private would be that Alice leaks it AGAIN (just like their relationship, Alice made it public, not them) while he gets grieve from them. So they would take their special moment away, thus continuing Alice's coercive control. The kids have been alienated for 3 years, long before Bianca. It's a completely moot point and a attempt to distract from her alienating them (which is entirely proven, when you tell many lies about the other parent while also keeping them away this is the end result).

which is funny. It's not on Ioan to prove that he didnt buy a Rolex (how are you doing that except of showing bank statements that you didnt do that), it's on them to prove their false allegation

Why is she even talking about how he didn't inform her of the divorce in person? Sure it could be, under different circumstances, considered a dick move, but it's not illegal or in any way relevant in court.

And surely her claim that her BP was through the roof can be proven? Don't you guys in the US get some kind of medical report if you are handled by an ambulance?
 
Another thing Alice ignores (beyond her bank statements) is that she didnt only lie about how much money she has (she literally stated low amounts on IG), but that she also used it to malign Ioan for not paying support, something that also has been disproven. So what she had outstanding bills? That's her responsibility and not Ioans. Every time she talked about being broke she blamed it also on Ioan. That's besides the fraud the sticking point. Using a very exagerated and false financial situation to malign the other parent, something she did btw a few weeks ago and in breach of their stipulation (while deflecting of this fact by claiming that Bianca breached it, who isnt even either parent).

This isn't a contradiction. long term marriage 4320 factors is about paying indefintie spousal support which the prenup covers too. They are trying to turn back on something they have previously agreed on in a pretty hilarious manner. Again, overlitigation.

Btw he didnt cut off the phone or internet, she simply refused to pay the bills that were transfered into her name (since she is using those services), she actually mentioned that on twitter, she should be thankful that Ioan did this for 2 full years, which was a timeframe where she repeatedly claimed he would not support them. thanks for proving your lies. And yet what she is saying here doesnt address his points at all. The facts are she had a huge amount of money in her accounts when she made claims of poverty and maligned Ioan for it, yet he was paying, and yet she had months later still a lot money in her accounts. She is really looking like an idiot here in the way she tries to defend this
