Not that it's relevant but if there was any actual proof that IG had cheated, surely this would be the place to mention it.

Such an own goal. so much of her filing is full of stuff where you go 'I'm not surprised he didn't tell you in person' 'i'm not surprised he didn't come to your house to pick the kids up' 'I'm not surprised he disabled OFW'
 
The number of hours of human endeavour that have gone into trying to deal with Alice's psychological issues though. The lawyers, therapists, assistants, clerks, judges, receptionists, accountants, journalists, photographers, agents.....

The thousands of hours of effort to make Alice feel like she's not a lying, despicable piece of tit.

And it will never be enough because whatever the outcome or verdict or what is written Alice knows the truth of who she is. She can't win.

Alice has purposely avoided all mention of why their marriage broke down. I believe there is a very good reason for this, she will not want evidence of her violence and drunken abuse brought out into the open. Moo!

More importantly her children know as well, they know very well what lengths she has gone to in preventing them from a relationship with their Father. They might be silent now but they will carry those scars for the rest of their lives, and that is on Alice!
 
Farkkkk, I’m only 69 pages in to the response.

As an ex/somewhat current legal transcriptionist, the format there is just PISSING me off 🤬 (but I do reasonably know it is probably due the format changes between “things”), pages 24-26 are giving me 🤔 from how it goes from “prove your work opportunities or lack thereof”, to “prove how you paid for travel and rolex watch’s”…

Im off into the weeds again peeps 💕💕💕💕

There are ways of working out what a house would have been worth at a particular point in time but this really isn't how you do it!
They must think the judge is an idiot.
 
I'm out of work at the moment but Janina is inspiring me to be a lawyer.

I thought it took years of study and you had to know the laws, and make relevant points, and be truthful and uphold the legal system. I thought it was quite a skilled job.

Turns out all you need to do is write a load of random words and send invoices!
 
Also the stuff about Ioan being able to deal with separate property as if it were his and no marriage had occurred doesn't mean what Janina thinks it means. It's about power to dispose of it. It's a kind of standard trustee provision used to protect purchasers. Not about ownership of the proceeds of sale. She's stretching that provision like pizza dough.

Alice dear. The relevance of historic tweets is to show a course of conduct which you claim to have stopped but which is clearly ongoing.

Doesn't matter that the "majority" (meaning most but not all) of his evidence of your SM/press attacks are old. You've either changed your behaviour or you haven't. And it's pretty clear by what you did after the stipulation was signed that you hadn't changed one bit and he was right to try to seal the stipulation in it's entirety.

You threatened to go to the press if he didn't pay you $20,000 and your dumb lawyer included that evidence in her filing!
