I was somewhat surprised (but also not surprised bc this is Alfie lbr) that he hasn't still posted his before and after 90 day challenge video. Unless going away to Greece with his lads was meant to be his 90 day challenge before and after?!

I also want to know what this "day one" thing he is going on about on IG. Day one for what?! No one but his tens of fans buys into his hype. He couldn't even complete the 90 day challenge and was too embarrassed to post the before and after results because the after results (even with a tan) was minimal at best and completely mediocre.

I cannot. How is it that this group of idiots only continues to regress backwards with age.

His 90 Day Challenge was so embarrassing that he achieved nothing from it. Morgan was probably the only one to make any gains.

Just to show what can be achieved because I’ve just seen this on Twitter. Martin Kemp posted a before and after picture of his son Roman Kemp who did a 12 Week Challenge (84 days). There is no way around it, Roman done good and is looking good on it.
