Seriously, this is Handbook for Mortals-level writing. With Gary in the role of the dude from American Pie.

Believe it or not, I tried to go into it with an open mind. I find Adam ridiculous, but he's not nearly as toxic as a lot of people in the Disney vlog-o-sphere. If this had been good, I truly think I would have been happy for him, but it's not, and he's deluded himself to thinking it is, and he's got a bunch of stans feeding it with their GoodReads and Amazon reviews.

I just find the whole thing pathetic.

I kind of agree. I think if you were friends or in a relationship with him he would be toxic, he seems a raving narcissist. And he can be obnoxious in the parks.

But he does seem to do his own thing, rather than all the weird fake disney huns

Same, I knew the grammar would be awful but I was open minded about the story and characters. More fool me.

Friendship yes, but I'm not so sure about the relationship. He'd be more likely to go overboard attempting to buy a potential boyfriend's affections. Instead of, I don't know, being a supportive partner who's in reasonably good shape and fun in the sack.

Also, the unnamed amusement park is supposed to be Alton Towers, right?

But isn't love bombing a toxic trait?

I think Adams main problem is everything boils down to Adam. His way and his viewpoint goes. But at the same time he also shows his desperation. All of which drives people away

I think it depends on how one carries out the love bombing. I can see the argument if it was someone who doesn't have any romantic interest in him, as we saw with Sam...and Luke...and Kieran...but if it was just someone who was legitimately trying to date him, I think I'd read it more as just pathetic.

Yeah fair point

Although, pathetic not exactly a win either 🤣🤣🤣

Oh, absolutely not. But I'm just remember the brief moment of time where he'd finally found his Disney prince...for about two weeks.

He's the kind of guy who's calling your mother asking for her recipe for your favorite meal at the conclusion of your first date so he can make it for your second. And is picking out china patterns and thinking up names for the kids by the third.

Yeah completely.

Adams curse is himself.

Too desperate while also too arrogant

Imagine thinking this thought and then putting it on your public profile. Some very strange people out there.

After finishing what we got, the last thing I want is to see Adam attempt to write actual erotica.

The (mostly straight) women who write male/male erotica at least have an excuse of not having any first-hand knowledge of how two guys have sex (seriously, ladies, we don't self-lube, throw in a mention of Astroglide once in a while), Adam does not get that consideration.

Also, this is the same guy who said that Red White and Royal Blue--which I'll point out shows the main characters engaged in legs-up penetration--was too chaste, so I don't know if I trust him to write spice. GSCE in Media Studies or otherwise.

His comments about rwrb made no sense.
