I have a hard time condemning that out of hat. I am 40+ and while most of the guys I'm involved with are within ten years of my age, I do have encounters with guys in their twenties (not like, 20, but more like 25). And a lot of times, it's not me pursuing them, it's them pursuing me.

So, as long as everyone is able to consent, I don't have a problem with it if that's what Adam wants to do. It's that when he starts doing the toxic thing of trying to buy affection that I have a problem. Or love bombing. Or overlooking age appropriate guys because he's trying to have his own YA romance when he's in his third decade.
