Got a question I’ll tag as a spoiler
why was he so obsessed with Rhys?I’m not sure if I missed something cause I zoned out as the introduction to Marianne again was boring me. But the scenes on him listening to Rhys on his laptop, what was it about him?
I don't think they explained it but I think it's because Rhys commited a crime and then managed to redeem himself as he had detailed in his book. The public seemed to have forgiven him for his crimes despite whatever he did, and then managed to make a career out of it by being potentially the next mayor (a powerful position). It's what Joe wants to do himself. Joe is now in a position of power being with Kate, now one of the richest women in the world.

Well part two certainly made up for how boring part one was… guess it kinda ties in!

I have a question, not sure if I missed it on this thread/the show but:

If Joe was the killer all along, I know he was imagining Rhys but was he texting himself?!

I’m a bit mad at the ending. I always ~sort of liked Joe because most of the people he killed were awful awful people and deserved it but I felt that was just so cruel with Nadia and her bf. Like full on psycho.

Literally can’t get into this season at all.. still got a couple of episodes left but it’s just been boring and didn’t grab my attention at all. They should’ve stopped at s3 or done a much better job of creating the fourth season bc this has been tit and uninteresting unlike prev seasons

Think he was imagining the texts, that's why they were 'disappearing'.

Joe's ALWAYS been a psycho. It's about time people finally realised that and stopped rationalising his murders. Nobody 'deserved' to die, no matter how 'awful' they were.

I really hate when people take it too seriously and don't understand how we can like Joe. No, I don't find him attractive at all. No, I don't think someone should actually kill people. I just like stories from a different perspective.
Ooh this! I always refer to him as my favourite stalker, serial killer. Do I mean I agree with that type of behaviour, no absolutely not! I don't find him attractive either, man needs a good feed, but seeing him in the last scene with his beard shaved off was like seeing an old friend, original Joe.
For me the show is just entertainment and psychology.
If I had a Joe living in my home town, I would be in nerves.
