I think at this point I have checked put and won't even bother with the rest. Why is it she "can't call the police"? There isn't one. And where is her child now? Alone or..?
 
Have just this minute finished the series and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It’s like they made the first half terrible on purpose haha. I kind of knew the twist that was coming (posted it as a spoiler a few pages back). The ending with Nadia shocked me though (no spoilers!!) and have to disagree with you all, he looked so much better with a beard

The first and second half were so different! second half was much more classic ‘You’

I was shocked About Nadia too! I had her down as a Paco/Ellie that he would somehow end up helping? I’m hoping Nadia comes back for revenge in the next series. I thought it might of been Kate ending up killing Nadia/her boyfriend (can’t remember his name) was a bit odd that Joe was in hospital literally just woke up from being unconscious to suddenly back at the flat on a killing spree?! I’ll overlook that because it was a good twist
 
I’ve decided to give the rest of the episodes a chance (I haven’t read the spoilers so am I going to regret it?)

I’m watching on 1.25 speed of course (and if need be I’ll up it to 1.5 😂🫣)

I thought this but then he went to jump off the bridge after that didn’t he so maybe he just didn’t care? But agree it is out of character especially after he recovers !
 
I'm enjoying the second half a bit more. I do like Penn Bagley, the charater he plays with his cynicism and two-facedness.

All the characters are so privileged and superficially blessed yet tormented inside. Somehow that's good to watch :cool:

I think he wasn't as obsessed with her at that point..he was wrestling with himself to let her go as he is/was obsessed with Kate.
 
Thank you I didn't think of it like that and with him dealing with his own demons I guess he wasn't his normal self.
To anyone yet to watch part 2, it is much better than the first. I had to rewind it when the penny dropped and everything that annoyed me about part 1 started to be explained.
