Genuinely everything.

PMSing harder than I have in years. Went out with my mates and I genuinely felt so pissed off at normal things that shouldn’t bother me at all. Didn’t mean to, but I snapped a couple times too.

I can’t, I just feel like tit in a nondescript way, I don’t know if I want a cry, to punch someone/something (preferable someone) or to scream, or all of the above.

Probably all of the above. 😒
 
Someone tried to kill my boyfriend today. Intentionally drove into the side of his car, both going 70mph. Was definitely intentional because he was driving up my partners arse before, and then overtook and kept break checking him.

Car went on two wheels, my partner said he’s so surprised it didn’t flip onto its roof.


Police called by my partner. Said they’d call him back or come out to the scene. 4hrs later, still nothing 😡
 
We got our cat from a couple on fb who were clearly mistreating him and not looking after him well at all.
We’ve had him since November and every few weeks his old owners try to video call me to see him, it’s always when I’m at work/busy, so I’ll send a photo of him instead. Usually satisfies them for a few more weeks until they try calling again.


They tried calling me today and I said ‘sorry he’s outside playing, I’ll send you a photo’. They replied ‘aw well I’m missing my boy a lot and I just want to see my cat. He’s not an outdoor cat so why have you let him out? He doesn’t like being outside?!’


I’ve exploded and said ‘he’s not your cat or your boy, he’s MY cat now after you decided you no longer wanted him. He is an outdoor cat, he loves being outside. He’s my cat, I’ll decide what’s best for him’.



They’ve tried to call me six times after that message and I’ve just blocked them. Cannot be bothered to deal with the agro!

That's crazy, why are they even asking for updates if they gave him up?
 
Another local event has been cancelled due to bad weather. Fair enough I know safety first. But this waterlogged field is next to some tennis courts. Surely they can adapt, and have some of the event on there. The council need a plan for wet ground , or there is no point in planning these events. They will struggle to get people to be involved if they suspect it will only be cancelled.
 
Alot tbh! I fell down some steps a few days days, twisted my ankle, so swollen, but need to do stuff, really pissing me off. Then just now, sitting outside watching the birds and a sparrowhawk has just got one, I was screaming, I know it's nature, but it proper upset me.
 
In laws and their inability to get off their backsides and make the same journey we do to see them. Paying hundreds of pounds to stay there for a few days too. If I don’t put the effort in they don’t have a relationship with my child. Another family get together without us because we couldn’t afford the £300 for one night, yet I’m going to see my best friend next weekend, sharing the journey with her mum and staying at her house.
 
The boo-hooing and naval gazing about the football. We've the second best team in europe, that sounds pretty impressive to me? Silver medalists at the Olympics aren't going to be dragged through the papers for not winning gold, their fans and followers aren't going to be bereft at 2nd place! The achievement is recognised and celebrated 🤷🏼‍♀️
 
Me. My psychotic kitten stood on a wasp last night and was stung. I freaked out, and turned into Amber Heard 😵‍💫. (The kitten is nursing a swollen paw but is being spoilt rotten❤️)
 
My sister. She has turned into the most self entitled and ungrateful person. Despite her not getting me anything for my birthday she asked me to buy her a dress from Sainsbury’s. I reluctantly agreed - yes, I’m a twit!!
It’s ready to collect so I sent her the code and she replied with ‘wrong store 🤦🏼‍♀️😂’!!! I am so angry with her. So bleeping ungrateful and that’s the last time I buy her anything!!

I never take advantage of grandparents with school holiday childcare and choose to use annual leave and summer clubs, although I have asked the inlaws if they can help with two separate days over the six weeks. They never offer to have my daughter, but I do ask and it's days that suit them. Also it helps as I am short of leave, it helps financially and the summer club doesn't run for the whole six weeks. Today grandad has text me to say they can't have her one of the days because they have decided to take the other grandchild and their daughter away for a few nights. Now we have no alternative, neither of us can book leave, summer club is closed that week so now I am trying to find a solution. I'm annoyed as my inlaws don't work and neither does my sister in law, so they pretty much have the whole of the six weeks. Plus it's another all expensives paid treat away for the other grandchild that we haven't been included in.

I can absolutely sympathise, we don't ask my older and in poor health inlaws for childcare, we manage it (somehow!) between ourselves but we do ask them to see our son regularly because THEY SHOULD WANT TO. But inevitably when we do try to arrange something they're looking after their other grandkids or are too tired after looking after the other grandkids! Boils my piss! Hope you get something sorted, its so difficult!
 
Rescheduled an appointment, thought it was all sorted. There's a penalty if not rescheduled within certain timeframes. Confirmation email received earlier in week, all good.

More confusion arose today over it. I think it can't be that complicated surely.
Anyway, hopefully, that's it definitely sorted but it was unnecessarily stressful, getting messages saying it was going ahead this week, and that the appointment next week was cancelled. My poor head!
