As you were...
Sorry if this was asked in the previous thread, has anyone seen the touring production of Hamilton?
I’ve only seen that one song they performed at the Oliviers last year. Couldn’t understand a word! Was so fast. A bit like some of the songs in Hamilton! Why is MJT doing a 180 on Mincemeat all of a sudden? He was always completely up them and now out of the blue he is saying that he's enjoyed it less and less over the last yr but he still keeps attending. Is he just hedging his audience bets for when it flops on Broadway?
I have when it was in ManchesterSorry if this was asked in the previous thread, has anyone seen the touring production of Hamilton?
A Leo Bloom has allegedly been seen kissing and holding hands with an Elphaba Thropp both of whom are meant to be married ….
Yes. It was excellent! I actually preferred it to the west end cast. I wasn’t overly keen on Angelica, only as I didn’t particularly like how she played herSorry if this was asked in the previous thread, has anyone seen the touring production of Hamilton?

I thought the rest of the cast were amazing. I went twice, and saw the alternate Hamilton for one show. He was unbelievableI saw it in Bristol and thought the lady playing Angelica wasn't the best. Hope she'll be better when I go again in August in Plymouth.
Who’s this about
Ha, you must have been at the same performance we were. Me and my sister also had the issue that we couldn't understand what was going on a lot of the time, compounded by the fact that neither of us knew anything about the founding fathers beforehand (although might take your tip and find it on Disney if we can - I'm up for a second viewing).Just on the train home from Hamilton at Vic Palace. It’s Been a couple of years since I’ve seen it live and I really enjoyed it again. Mr Flamingo got more out of it this time after seeing it on Disney with the subtitles on so he understands it a bit better now. Wasn’t expecting great things from Joel Montague after his turn at WEL a couple of years ago but he was pretty good today to be fair. Good voice and hammed it up just the right amount.
I feel like a one or two set pieces had been restaged slightly since my last time, but that’s good. Keeps it fresh.

another bit of tea …. MJ is now papering in the west end. Soon to be on its last legs. Not selling well at all.

nobody I have heard of in the cast so suspect this tea is lukewarmAll I know is The Producers is at the Menier soon ...
Morning Carrie! (psst your handle gives it right away also)Otherwise - some very talented performers, with standouts being Nathania Ong and Joel Montague (nailed the petulance and foppery very well in a humorous way like you said). T
