And yet again 1.53 first half, 2.02 second.
2 trips abroad and countless in the country over the last months for Kels. I can’t actually believe it, everything that could be going into her kids’ education and hobbies and holidays, it’s all about her.

The actual staggering drop off a cliff never fails to make me laugh. Why do it to yourself time after time. If it wouldn’t out me I’d show you my Manchester one. I’ve said it before but I did my first 10k in something like 54 mins. Thought I’d blown it by being too conservative. But then because i picked it up for very 10k that followed I’ve still (thank god!) got a pb several minutes faster than kels.
I’m doing Manchester again next year. I need to knock 5 mins off to get a GFA time- there’s a huge part of me that wants to do it now- not so much for rh chance to do London but to beat kells to a 3.45 . Help me do it guys
She’s also not shared her official time on strava but just called it a PB. So she’s going with her strava time it seems…..!

I hope getting a tiny pb was worth disappointing her children and missing out on having their mum watch gymnastics shows and birthday stuff.
I am not often lost for words but jeez my kids come first. Yes I love running. I love having the odd weekend away etc but I make sure I don't miss the big stuff and let's fave at their ages it's all mostly big stuff.
So congratulations Kels on missing the big stuff whilst chasing something that no one other than you really gives a shit about.
I hope it was worth it.

Funny if it was that Holly who paced her- as I never said it at the time but I follow Holly and last year when Daz called kels out on her Valencia run I followed him and had no mutual people follow him….a few hours later Holly appeared on the list . I don’t think she follows him now interestingly but she absolutely did as I remember thinking it was very interesting….
Also notice still not shared an official time which is pretty much the same as Abingdon and really not worth the effort that today will have taken
Also if she was being paved/ she’s asked that holly to pace her to a sub3.45 hasnt she? Look at the pace she took her out at that wasn’t for a sub 4 only….so being paced and STILL can’t do it - no wonder she’s quiet on this one

Oh that's even worse than we thought. She was so f*ckin desperate to het a GFA or 3.40 that asked Holly to pace her and she STILL tanked it.
And that's very much the most peak she's ever gonna be in a marathon.
At the expense of Christmas preparations with her family and missing out on all the big events for her kids.
What a sad state of affairs.

Also, her and Holly with the “secret pacing” . It’s like when Tits “snuck” off to Dublin. No one actually gives a flying f*** so I’m not sure why they have to be so secretive. They think we are on tenterhooks waiting for what they do. The reason why we are here is because they get free stuff which artificially inflates prices for those who actually pay for things, they go all over the world for events (or not depending on whether or not they DNS) on no job and they fleece vulnerable people out of money for coaching.

No one cares if you were paced other than the fact that if you still crashed and burned with a pretty good runner pacing you, it just shows how unutterably shit you are.

Oh my goodness I feel so sad for her children, absolutely heartbreaking for children of that age to have their parents miss these massive moments for them- really hope her Daddy was there to watch her big moment.

She needs to get over her external validation need and main character syndrome and concentrate on her family.
