5 x 10 mins. Very good. I must have missed the long runs with lengthy sections at race pace (without elapsed time or Tit Face alongside her). You know, the actual marathon specific runs? My guess is starting pace of around 7:45, possibly even faster cos she’s SO excited, ending up in excess of 10 m/m. Not sure what the excuse will be though, cos blindness has already been used …..
 
Why does she never learn?! Because of how utterly cringe she is I’m sure many of us can still remember the utterly smug post a couple of weeks before Valencia last year? Wasn’t it a run entitled ‘Spanish pace 💃’ which consisted of a few three min intervals at BQ pace?! And then look at the carnage that unfolded there with blindness and sobbing galore?!
So with this ‘bang bang’ caption today I reckon she thinks she was average 8.15 the whole way round (would that be a BQ I have no clue 🤷‍♀️🤣) . I can’t wait to watch it unfold though! 🤣
You’d think after all the truely embarrassing races and events she’s done as let’s be honest there at a ratio of 99:1 bad : good that she’s just stay quiet and humble 🤣

Thursday night run club, 20 x 1 minutes! My coach at my running club never gave us sessions like that, she must have been a shit coach, oh wait...

He looks more and more like death each week. I mean, I’ve looked like that after my students finished their A Levels and my wife looked like shit in the week OFSTED came, but he literally does nothing but train. They are so bad for each other. She needs someone who tells her what her actual abilities are and he needs someone to tell him he is disordered AF and should rest. As it is, her smugness is growing and his disorder is developing into something with a life of its own.

As for their training yesterday, I feel they aren’t going to Valencia because those runs were about as useful for a marathon as lifting too heavy in the gym and wrecking your back.
