You’ve got to love it though - the cringe factor is off the scale .
I got a 5k PB last week (just incase kels and tits are reading - faster than yours kels even though I’m a crusty troll sitting in my cupboard not able to do the things you two can. Wasn’t that what he called us all?!🤣).
And do you know what? I returned home. The kids grunted a ‘nice one’ at me and that was it. I didn’t post it anywhere. I didn’t tell anyone. My strava entry remained ‘morning run’ so only anyone who looked closely at my run would even realise (because fundamentally nobody cares 🤣) and the world kept on spinning….🤣
 
They are both entered into Pisa, did we know this? I went to see if entries were still open (they are) and there's a checker, both their names came up. When the chuff did they enter this "back up" mara? I don't think he will need his heat acclimatisation for Pisa, it's a lot further north and looking at the pics from last year was pretty cold (lots of jackets, gloves and buffs so they're in luck there as we know they are big buff fans 🤣).

They probably entered as soon as the flooding happened, because we know that running a marathon is more important than anything to them, especially while Kels is in BQ form 🤣
 
I might be wrong (it can happen although instances are rare) but Harri’s birthday is about a week before Christmas (16/17/18 Dec). They are both away on the weekend of his birthday and the second to last weekend before Christmas for their vanity. FTT, Kells - THIS IS NOT YOUR JOB! You aren’t elite, you aren’t “content creators”.

This is heartbreaking.

You’ll be happy to know though you were right. It’s the 17/12. They will be exhausted from travelling home from Pisa, or still there. I’m really hating her right now. Does she think of no one but herself?

She’s been running well for her abilities. Again those numbers are nowhere near BQ shape but if she takes things really sensibly she could probably get closer to 3.50.
But I doubt she’s gonna start any slower than 8min/miles..
