No bib comes up for Kells so she must have deferred but is this why Tits has been so quiet? Did he fly to Chicago on his own for the marathon?

Tits has been quiet because he’s been ill again. It’s almost like his immune response is low because he’s constantly taxing his CNS and overdoing it.

Remember when he sneaked off to Dublin for the marathon as though he was some undercover spy? No one gives a shit. Nope, he's not doing Chicago, just injured again, his calf again (probably his glutes too) because he doesn't take time off for his injuries, just keeps running through them and wonders why they flare up when he increases mileage. He's getting older, he needs to run less and run smart.View attachment 3218437 q

Was just going to say exactly that, surely he needs to do some strength training and stretching. I've had a bad calf lately and have been doing loads of yoga, stretches and several weeks with no running at all. Also loads of foot stretching, ankle mobility work. He's such a plank and thinks he knows it all.
He would benefit from doing a few planks rather than just being one....
