Weight Loss and Healthy Living #13 Tattlers Transformation

Hope all goes well with your surgery, Nosey. 💕

I achieved my mini goal to get down to 70kg by the end of December (in fact I’m in the top 69s as of yesterday). This puts me comfortably in the healthy BMI.

The next couple of weeks I’ve given myself a breather and anticipate I will have more than my usual 2 drinking days a week. However, I feel it’s important to relax the eating and drinking rules every now and again and just be.

My plan for January is to get back on track after NY with a longer alcohol-free spell and see if I can get down by another kilo. It does help that hubby and I are going this together and propping each other up. Since August we have incorporated lots of mini health habits that are paying off and this feels like a lifestyle and not a fad. I didn’t have much to lose but have lost 4.5 kg and him over 9 kg without feeling deprived and hungry while still enjoying meals out and special occasions.

Wishing you all restful and happy Xmas🎄

I was cleaning photos on my phone and came across a photo I took of a receipt from the weighing scales at the gym (or boots) that weigh you, and give you your BMI and body mass etc. anyway, turns out I was heavier in 2021 than I was now! I’ve pretty much lost a stone in 3 years 😂

This has definitely given me a kick up the backside that sometimes you can lose weight without even realising it!
