People who make base their identity on their child's medical condition "autism mummies" being the worst offenders burn at my soul.

People who film their autistic kids having meltdowns for attention and likes under the guise of awareness. Piss off.
As the parent of two autistic children, couldn’t agree more. At the end of the day, they’re my kids and while they have additional support needs and some things are harder for them, we try not to treat them too differently to neurotypical children and try to let them experience the same things within their limits. Can’t stand it when parents film their child at their most vulnerable and plaster it over social media - put the phone down and comfort them ffs.

I have an autistic child and I couldn't imagine him having a meltdown and my first thought being to pick up the camera and start filming. I even found the team that assessed him didn't like the fact I wasn't about to be an "autism mummy".

Most people who have strong anti-fat women opinions are like that because they are fat themselves or are terrified of putting on weight.

Confident fat women go against everything society wants to push: happy women don't buy slimming products, Spanx, and diet drinks. ;)

(That being said modern men and women are fatter because the foods the corporations push are garbage, it all comes down to capitalism and selling their products)

You don't need a "good" reason to move abroad. As long as you have a visa / are doing it legally, you can move abroad for any reason you want to. You don't need to be married to a citizen of the country or to be a university student or have a corporate job offer (as opposed to working in, idk, a bar or ski resort or TEFL or something - they're not great jobs but if it's what you want to do, who cares?) Also, there is nothing wrong with moving abroad because you want to get over a breakup or some emotional trauma or even are just bored

The baby on board signs or child on board, particularly the ones that say “autistic child on board” or “Tiana-marie with adhd on board”.

Having a sign on your back window won’t help paramedics actually, the police have previously confirmed the signs aren’t for the purpose of alerting first responders. It’s also not gonna make me drive any differently because you’ve a child in your car.

Agreed. They are nothing but addictive garbage.

The fact that every scandal is sensationalised by social media these days.

Sensationalism is one of the worst things that have ever happened to journalism. It's all about the views, the clicks and how many copies of whatever rag publishes those stories are sold 😠.

Another unpopular opinion: sugar should be seriously considered by the authorities as a drug.

… as well as the fact my home desk is more comfortable than trying to book a work station that often doesn’t work, is messy etc

my unpopular opinion… people who call those who WFH “lazy” are just bitter they can’t wfh, or have been brainwashed by the daily Mail overlords who own commercial office property and need contracts to be renewed…
Or they don’t have a job haha

Strapless wedding dresses look awful on anyone over a size 8.

seeing mounds of back fat, under arm fat, and huge saggy boobs looks hellish.

omg Yes. Not only is it rarely flattering on anyone, but it looks so generic. I’m pretty sure the wedding industry only pushed the design on brides because it’s easiest to do alternations on a strapless bodice.

weird opinion but, I think you should try and cover your shoulders if you’re getting married in a church or other place of worship. It feels weird to me to see a bridge with spaghetti straps or strapless dress in a solemn ceremony.

final unpopular opinion; despite the above I actually really love weddings. I don’t go out dancing and drinking with my friends now as the feel too old for clubs, and they are all pretty settled as comfortable in their relationships. They prefer going out for dinner with their OHs on the weekend.

it’s nice to see your friend marry her boyfriend. The food is yummy, everyone is in a good mood. The speeches are sometimes even funny! The venues are often stunning and everyone is looking their best.

I fully expect that eventually, sometime soon, my circle will all have kids and nights out will be non existent. So I relish weddings as one of the last few chances I’ll get to dress up and go dancing with them :(

It should be illegal to cycle on the roads in the U.K. and Ireland. If you want to do that tit go to Holland. So dangerous. Annoys me most when they cycle in groups side by side taking up the whole bleeping road so you can’t even overtake.
Yes!!!
I hate when there are cyclists on the road blatantly ignoring the purpose built cycle path next to them. They‘re there for a reason!!
