This CANNOT be true omg šŸ’€
I know! Like the original poster said, I take it with a pitch of salt.

On one hand, I can believe it because sheā€™s very pretty and posh.

On the other, surely people only go with Boris if thereā€™s something in it for them. This would ruin the reputation Dolly has built for gerself

It would be quite the turnaround if she is shagging him.

Alex Shulman lost a lot of weight? She looks good :)
Edit: I donā€™t mean weight loss is always good etc and people look great at all sizes, just for her as an individual

Just discovered this thread. LOVING every moment of it and there's a glorious 33 pages.

Adding this in so I can find it again after I've cooked the burgers I'm about to make. But what a joy. Scarlett Curtis does my head in, Elizabeth Day is INSUFFERABLE. I don't mind Dolly and Pandora although very happy to read the bitching as I think they're a bit 2D and thus overrated.

Off to make another V&T. Sorry if you think it's weird that I'm liking your posts from October.

I feel the same about ED, her podcast is tortuous

Dolly is embarrassingly try hard. It's just so cringe honestly - enough to almost feel sorry for her. She's so painfully desperate to be that cool girl.
I know and I feel bad because sheā€™s my sort of girl- loves writing and words and has a fun, slightly sardonic sense of humour. I just get the feeling she would make our friendship all about her and her dramatic issues and relationships :)

This part made me LOL. ā€œunlike previous waves of celebrity novels ā€“ when the likes of Katie Price and Kerry Katona churned out ghostwritten filler at an almighty clap ā€“ these ones do actually do seem to have been written by the people whose names appear on the jacket.ā€
As if! šŸ˜

Just stumbled upon this article about celebrity novellists and thought you'd like a chuckle at who's doing the cover blurbs lol. Any guesses...?
Oh I got the LL named twice! But thought there would be some others, most were just Amazon reviews- sure the covers have the rest šŸ˜†
---

Saw this tattle comment and of course Dolly has written her own Wikipedia page with oh-so-quirky details- this is defs her tone of voice šŸ˜‚ the rest of it seems fairly normal tbh but with so much detail that the only person who would care is her
---

So blessed, Iā€™ve never heard of Clover Stroud. All these others have been mentioned so obviously the whole world feels the same šŸ˜‚

Anything recommended by Marion Keyes i avoid.

It's so unfair, they're all just mates and their recommendations mean nothing. It's why I only read Goodreads reviews.

Also Mel Giedroyc's book was painful, I couldn't finish it.
