This CANNOT be true omg
I know! Like the original poster said, I take it with a pitch of salt. This CANNOT be true omg
Haha, I think that clears it up then! Sorry Dolly!
I feel the same about ED, her podcast is tortuousJust discovered this thread. LOVING every moment of it and there's a glorious 33 pages.
Adding this in so I can find it again after I've cooked the burgers I'm about to make. But what a joy. Scarlett Curtis does my head in, Elizabeth Day is INSUFFERABLE. I don't mind Dolly and Pandora although very happy to read the bitching as I think they're a bit 2D and thus overrated.
Off to make another V&T. Sorry if you think it's weird that I'm liking your posts from October.
SO smugI think the SMUGNESS is what really gets me about Elizabeth Day.
I just had a look for them and theyāve gone. Also just got the play on words with dolly mix.Does anyone listen to Dollyās bloody mixtapes? Surely not
I know and I feel bad because sheās my sort of girl- loves writing and words and has a fun, slightly sardonic sense of humour. I just get the feeling she would make our friendship all about her and her dramatic issues and relationshipsDolly is embarrassingly try hard. It's just so cringe honestly - enough to almost feel sorry for her. She's so painfully desperate to be that cool girl.
Oh I got the LL named twice! But thought there would be some others, most were just Amazon reviews- sure the covers have the restJust stumbled upon this article about celebrity novellists and thought you'd like a chuckle at who's doing the cover blurbs lol. Any guesses...?
Graham Norton, Mel Giedroyc ā¦ every celebrity wants to be a novelist. But can they hack it?
Havenāt found the time to read Osmanās The Bullet That Missed yet, or Dawn OāPorterās Cat Lady? Relax ā weāve done it for you. And it was a treat!www.theguardian.com
