I hate when people name their sons after their fathers it’s so boring. My aunty did this and takes great offence when people refer to her son as “little Sean” what else are people gonna say 😅 think adding an óg to a name is so pretentious. What’s wrong with giving the fathers middle name to the son?

I think the Óg is coming after the Michael, she liked Fionn and its Michael Óg, Michael after her Dad. Hope I making sense. Its not the usual way of doing it but hey ho.

Just my thought on it, or does she say Erin Rose and Fionn Óg

I could be wrong but I think Fionn was named Fionn Michael and she has since changed the Michael to Óg.

It doesn’t make much sense, but each to their own!

On RIP it did say Erin Rose and Fionn Michael. Not a fada or Òg to be seen! She never refers to him so Fionn Michael so I did think it was odd to put the full name.
