I’m pretty sure that ‘ little dog ‘ does not love Frank back ! It isn’t even playing with Frank just sitting watching while Frank tortures it . But then again the dog is just like its owner doesnt do discipline and is overbearing

when is he taking her out to dinner or the cinema even ? I’m sure she’s bored to tears
 
Like most people, I followed from the Charlotte days and for the meal prep (which is a rare occurrence these days for the “king”) and even then, he was problematic but I think it was less open to everyone else as I think, mostly, his vile behaviour was aimed at her. Then there was the infamous rants and she left and his bile had to go somewhere so everyone else. I’m not overweight but I have been and his “tough love” isn’t love, it’s just abuse.

His mentality is ridiculous. So if I punch you,it’s your problem for being “triggered” nothing what I did? A classic abusers mentality.

As an alcoholic in recovery, I just see an untreated alcoholic. I did a lot of not drinking but exercise/diet and was an absolute hole. John does a lot of surface level stuff to allegedly stay sober. His behaviour either screams still drinking or holding on for dear life. I for one could not stay sober as bitter and resentful as him. His life doesn’t appear to have been improved by sobriety.

We can go all round the houses but the reality is he doesn’t meal prep and he’s spending Christmas binge eating with the dog and whatever poor cow has got roped into this shitshow. He is to be pitied really, it’s a sad life he leads.

I can’t even cope with the 75 hard tit. It’s HARD. That is the point. It’s two workouts A day (one outside), litres of water, strict diet and 10 pages daily. I fail to see how he has followed any of that. I don’t think copious energy drinks are in the rules.

What an honest post. Your strength is really admirable. Makes John look even more of a joke. I hope you have a lovely Christmas. You’ve no doubt earned it. Recovering addicts are the strongest people.

John is absolutely still drinking. Reviews from the past few months talk about receiving drunken abuse and emails etc

All credit to you for your hard work, strength and courage. I couldn't agree more with any of this stuff about him and I maintain he's one crappy hand of life cards away from being back on the drink precisely because he's only scratching the surface and not digging deep inside himself.

Trophy Gf 2.0 got a better Christmas eve offer I think. She's seeing him tomorrow. Three days suddenly too much?
By his own admission he's done no hard 75 at all today and stayed on his sofa so has to complete the lot before midnight. What a dick. You blew it ages ago.
And as for this. Imagine having the brass neck to claim this as your own by putting your name on the bottom 🤔🤣

So was meant to stay for 3 days and has taken off already . That says it all ! Spending Xmas eve alone , waking up alone in Xmas morning , how sad and lonely . Has she maybe dumped him already & he’ll go awol tomorrow for Xmas day then back Boxing Day and she’ll never be mentioned again . It’s giving me dejavu about Scotland when the mystery lady went missing part way through So his Xmas plans haven’t changed , he’s still alone slobbing on the sofa . So what has he ate today if he’s hasn’t followed the 75 day hard ?

anyone else search who he follows to find a Sian ? Only one I can find is a clone for C ….. weird

And he should absolutely stfu about stopping drinking immediately. How absolutely stupid to give that kind of advice. You can literally die from stopping immediately if you’re physically dependent on alcohol.

I thought the same. So awful to be spouting advice which is so dangerous. I really hope none of his sheep actually follow that.

Shock horror he’s going to send the coat back. Almost as if it’s all for show.

Just turned his evening walk stories off tonight. Couldn’t face listening to that cretin on Christmas Eve. Well done on losing a couple of stone - easy done when you have absolutely zero responsibilities in life and you’ve done duck all work on your business. Hope the sad sack enjoys his kebab and ice cream on his own.
 
Am I the only person who wonders how Mr Perfect MPK even had two stone to loose when he manages such a strict diet and walks for a living. Where’s the on the scales proof he was ever 15.5 stone? Now all of a sudden he has more to loose? Contradicts his ‘I use my amazing mentality at everything to be in a calorie deficit and looking good for Xmas’
I skipped the evening walk. So bored of everyone other than me are fat lazy idiots talk. Cue ‘I know I’m rude, blunt and arrogant but I’m soft at heart really’

He’s like a broken record stuck on repeat ! Talks constantly about himself and how amazing he is and if your not like him then your a lazy b#%tard . I too turned his stories off they’re just monotonous
ME ME ME ME & just to clarify that’s the 3rd time he’s failed 75 hard ! He told us he didn’t see the point in taking a photo everyday yet tonight claimed he had ! And the 3 cartons of ice cream etc

enjoy your sad kebab JTC and 4 cheesecakes . Even me who ISNT dieting nor do I need to will eat that in a day !
