Especially when he went next level this morning saying females always look better in their after (as in before and after) photos than men do. Out came the pic of the wedding dress lady and him saying how lucky her husband is etc.
He knocks me sick with his attitude to women. Well. In general really 😂
Oh and can he just duck off already with the 'goals' and 'plans' 🐂💩.

He's getting back on it for new year so is moving everyone else to do the same. His way. Anything else is a fail.
And his slicked over hair was especially Hitler like this morning. I can't unsee it 😳

How many times is he going to re-post the same wedding woman? Meanwhile other PT’s and nutritionists are posting daily success stories.

And even that wedding one seemed sketchy. She’d never mentioned TMPK previously and it all sounded very ‘engineered’. His lack of interactions for so many followers really does speak volumes. And the ones who DO want to interact and get involved, he speaks to like tit, so what’s the point really?

He’s frittering away his book deal money (which guarantee he’s overegged and, as we’re increasingly seeing, was due to Charlotte’s drive, if anything) and an inheritance he barely deserved on copied recipes, shoddy business practices and garbled self help garbage.
 
So this app, Flashback. Is this the same app that was launching on April fools day? Then it was brought forward, then didn’t happen? Sounds familiar. January 1st, then New Year’s Eve, now back to the first of never 👎🏻. The app reviews made me laugh.

It's actually a red flag 🚩🚩🚩for me rather than a green tick.

Both in terms of the comment he's posted here and the fact it's this quickly moving.

He's in full on boast mode now. I believe I'm right when I say he treats women like an object.

His arrogance is basically a lack of intelligence.

Interesting theory. However, I’m just one viewer who happens to be a size 6 (this isn’t a flex. I’d love a good set of boobs and a bum 😂) and I’m offended by many of his posts simply because I can’t believe just how nasty he is. There’s no other word for it. He doesn’t just “tell it like it is”, he spouts abuse and tries to dress it up as “cruel to be kind” motivation.

I stumbled across him via some old drunk rants on tik tok and fell into this horrendous black void of his. Admittedly I don’t even know why I continue to watch. The man is clearly mentally deranged (his trust pilot reviews were an interesting read. Many people complaining about receiving drunken abuse from him in the past few months whilst he’s supposed to have been sober) and nothing but a bully.

I never followed him because I was overweight , I followed him for meal prep ideas (which never happen ) he doesn’t seem to grasp that a lot aren’t triggered because they are overweight , we are just shocked at how he speaks to people & how nasty & vile he is !

I used to follow him. For the meal prep. I didn't need to lose weight. I was short of time and loved the idea of getting ahead.
It quickly became apparent that there's very little meal prep and it was all a very thin veneer. That he was in fact a narcissistic buily. The alcoholism and subsequent drunken mess/breakdown saw me call time on following him. I can't really explain why I use the insta viewer to look at the tit show. It's like a car crash. You know you shouldn't look but you do. I can't quite believe that he's managed a sort of come back when he's still the same underneath it all and his daily rants show his delusions of grandeur, lack of compassion or empathy and a level of misplaced self impotance that is off the scale. I guess deep down I want to be watching when he's finally cancelled. And if he keeps going like he does, that day is coming.

Impotence was an error 😂. On my break, middle of the night etc. But like you say, it's fitting either way! 🙌
