So he said Charlotte failed cos she had a take away yet he binged on ice cream and junk and thats fine.
That review of the planner sounds like Sian.
His maths for his weight are about as accurate as his maths for his meal prep costings. He's lost 9st now he's saying he's lost another 2 and he wants more weight off.
Is he going to show us his before and after pics of his challenge (not his pic from ages ago a pic from 75 days ago) he certainly doesn't look like he has lost 2 stone.
Are we meant to believe he paid that much for a coat and didn't try it on in the shop

Apologies. Trigger warning because I’m going a bit deep here- my aunt was alcohol dependent for 30 years. 4 years ago she decided to give up. I remember her crying her eyes out over a shot glass of vodka because she didn’t want to drink it. This was during the “tapering down” days. She HAD to have alcohol to stop her from having fits. At this point she didn’t want to. She felt absolutely horrendous but had to take those shots to stop her body from failing.

We took it in turns to watch over her and feed her these shots and she was in mental torment. She’d have given anything to have just stopped immediately and taken the pain all at once (like heroin when it won’t kill you to just stop) rather than take shots of what she wanted more than anything and then be denied. Believe me when I say that it isn’t a bleeping flex to just “stop” against doctors wishes in order to claim some pathetic sense of willpower. It’s nothing to do with that. Alcohol is the most dangerous substance to come off cold turkey.

John thinks he’s the bleeping messiah to have been able to defy doctors orders and just stop due to sheer will power. Thankfully he hasn’t experienced the true torture of addiction in that case.
 
I also turned his drunken walking stories off last night, all it was was ME ME ME, no wonder Sian's f**ked back off home!
But seriously he couldnt walk in a straight line last night, how much had he drunk before he went out!
As for poor Frank he is now encouraging him to binge eat, someone needs to step in and take that dog off him before he kills him with all the shite hes feeding him.

Is he serious?? didn’t cheat once? He’s either a total liar of so mentally unstable that he genuinely believes this. He really does have narcissistic, psycho character traits. He’s a bottle of vodka and another failed relationship away from being the focus of a crime documentary.

Where’s all that junk food you bought for £50 the other week John??

God knows. You’d hope she had a better offer than sat watching that idiot eating a tit kebab and cakes while talking about how great he is. If she has gone for good, he’s either that much of an hole, she’s cleared off after a day (highly likely) or he’s made it up about them being in a relationship because he’s a sad sack (similarly highly likely).

Im sure ive heard him mention Sian before, maybe she is just a friend and has caught a glimpse of his storys where hes making out shes his GF.

Also Brushed Fifi for 2 hrs but no photo of Fifi how odd!!
