Speaking of which where’s the lodger??? shoulder injury fixed yet? as that was the excuse why he wasn't at the gym! Been nice weather so (midlife crisis)I mean motorbike been out??? He's full of lies and excuses....
 
I’m so glad the meal prep king guru is teaching us all how to groom a dog . He’s a very busy man you know so the fact that he took time out of his very busy day to show us how to groom a dog is amazing . I’m not sure how I’ll use that advice in my next meal prep but I’m sure grooming a dog has to be something to do with meal prep & weightloss so I’ll keep following to see how he uses it to lose weight

Probably me who he wants to punch in the face because I didn’t bite like he wanted me to, like someone said yesterday he hates strong women! I just went to go back on but he’s came off, I reported the live so hopefully he got taken off. He is disgusting!

Yea he definitely downed it very quickly 😅 I honestly think downfall 3.0 is very close - he’s struggling to keep his mask on these days
 
Surely he should be reported for that! It's an AD, lifetime guarantee!!! ,stating they are the best without any proof or independent testing?

Hi thinks you should buy 5 boxes of the glass containers, 1 box of the plastic and his 2 books! Lol, so basically if you spend around £220, he will send them free of charge! Lol.
Nah mate don’t need a recipe book, and meal prep containers I don’t need any cheap china glass Tupperware, there is very much “better” quality Tupperware out there for a lot cheaper price! Good luck! 🤷🏼‍♂️

his latest meal prep motivational speech post you can mealprep for £17 for a week but puts an old video on! 😵‍💫,

would about the sales post tho…..only gets just over 100 likes out of 2 millions fans! 😘
