It is to pack the abdomen area after the entire colon, rectum, and uterus are removed. Neovaginas are not made of fat, as far as I have read. In her case, that type of reconstruction will be done from muscles(?) in her thighs.

I guess that this video (Vlogmas Day 13) was filmed on the 7th or the 8th of December, or sometime last week, because of the comments she made while removing the chocolates from the Advent calendar. She said something like 'may as well remove the 9th and the 10th too" (if I understood correctly). To me, that implied that the video was not on the 9th or 10th, but slightly before, though not as far back as Nov. 30. She proceeded to remove chocolates past the current date because she knew she would be releasing the footage she was filming roughly 5 to 6 days later, which is today. The scans would have been finished last week, and surgery should be this week.
 
Yes, the fat they put in also helps ‘absorb’ some of the normal liquid that is found in the pelvis and is (in the healthy normal pelvis) usually reabsorbed by the pelvic fat and network of cells.
Patients who have a PE are at greater risk of death from sepsis as this fluid often doesn’t have anything to absorb into so it sits in the pelvis and stagnates until a systemic infection occurs, which is then an emergency.
I’m not sure Tiffany will have lots of fat cells to transfer but something is better than nothing.
of course she never helped the process did she? Told to put on some weight and exercise … HA!

And much more likely to be the 7th because that was Wednesday, which would make PET scan on Thursday and CT on Friday (she said she had two more days of scans this week). So unless the CT scan was Saturday (unlikely), it's probably the Wednesday video - still ridiculous that we have to try to figure it out but it is what it is.

Thank you. Yes, that makes sense! I also notice that Tiffany has not been doing her pinned comment since December 10th, if I am looking correctly. I don’t know it that means she’s been in the hospital? Prayers that she is ok 🙏🏻❤️

I noticed that, too. If preset uploads, probably unable to add a pinned comment first up in that format?

When were we told it was snowing? It's nearing snow there with how cold it is and frost on the car. But snow not quite there yet in this video.

After the operation there will be a large nothing in her abdomen where her organs were located. When the doctors doesn’t do something T. Will get problems with her balance. That is the reason they put tissue in the cavity.

Well done. I wonder if the Death lady is another iteration of good ole FF. What she doesn't realize is that her posts are actually luring more skeptics over here. No one forced T to come here and read anything so I honestly fail to see the harm. I, like so many of us, started out as a T fan. But the block and delete stuff, which was horrible to initiate among her subs, was the final straw. Also her indirect disses of her medical team were unsupportable and indefensible.

she describes them turning her from side to side as she cannot lay flat. Wow that would be awful. I remember sleeping positions were difficult after surgery but of course the surgery was nothing like this. I would think that getting her up on her feet will be delayed a bit in this kind of surgery. She made it sound like the rehab was almost learning everything over. Oh wow..I hope this is curative and that she does get that miracle.

If you follow Nat Woodward's journey, you will see that they had her walk a few days after her PE. Just slowly slowly and with a walker thingy. Walking is essential to recovery.
