I think it depends on your life experiences too, age and if you've got young children. I just think at some point you've got to stop and say this is my time. I had cancer at age 30 and 3 young children I worried more about them being left without me but a radical hysterectomy no chemo or radiotherapy needed and now they're grown up. I was very lucky

Yes, and why couldn’t she share the drawing the surgeon made? It was right next to her. Before I had surgery last year, I had some questions. The doc left the room and came back with an anatomical printout that she drew on. It was incredibly helpful.

On the other hand, the big mystery is keeping people hooked, so...

I think the only way at her age to approach it is to pray for a miracle. She has sought expert surgeons at a great hospital and now just hope that miracles do happen.
 
I'm actually surprised the hospital didn't offer her medication for the MRI when she had a problem before.
I don't know how common it is but while I was in the ER a few months ago, I was next to a lady who was offered sedation for an MRI b/c she had anxiety about closed spaces. (I understand. I think a lot of people find MRIs to be scary).
I feel like many of you and despite the frustration I feel for Tiffany, I hope her surgery goes well and has many years ahead of her.

Generally there aren't any restrictions for eating prior to an MRI. I actually had one on my bowels region and was able to eat/drink before. If she was advised otherwise (and she very well may have been) she could have said it in the video. Instead she just said "I didn't eat anything" multiple times. Tiffany not eating (even when she can)- or eating very little- is a constant theme in these videos.

Not eating seems to be the standard.

 
It's all horrible. But what was predictable is that she can't even complete the needed scans, PRIOR to surgery. Post surgery ???? Yeh, right.
"Walking in the Garden Center", doesn't equate to preparing for major surgery, and this vid is the proof. Tic Tic nothing.
The trainwreck we really never wanted to slow down and stare at, is now here , just in time for Christmas, the saddest of sad.
It pisses me off !! I don't care for her, or do I ?
And I'm off to the salon cuz blondes have more fun, hehe,

So this woman is possibly in the medical field and is basically saying Tiff is leading people to believe she's having a bigger surgery?
I mean if this is correct, then that's unforgivable to lie about cancer and dupe people. But that would mean she's lied about alot, "what organs are being removed", time the surgery will take, all the surgeons that need to be present, the recuperation time, etc. I don't know that she would do that, would she?

I saw that she put today’s vlog in her IG story. I felt so sorry for her when she was trying to swallow that drink. And Amma looked so sad. I pray that Tiffany does well in her surgery. If it is not today, I think it is definitely some time this week. 🙏🏻❤

It can't have been the 30th, surely? A few vlogs ago was the family Christmas party which happened around Dec. 3rd/4th (we know this because Elodie posted an IG story of the party). And that same day Tiffany was saying this would probably be her last time seeing the whole family before surgery since she had a bunch of appointments coming up. I think this vlog was anywhere between Dec. 5th-9th

Not possibly. She IS a Senior Medical person (maybe PHD?? according to her works and publication) and I think she does make sense.
She knows what she’s talking about and is confident that Tiff is letting people believe she is undergoing PE or she’ll apologise publicly.

I have always wondered why Tiff has never said PE. Also, I’m beginning to wonder if the date of surgery is not shared because she’s afraid people might find out from the hospital etc what procedure she’s having. More speculation on my part, coz she’s acting so mysteriously for no apparent reason.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I tend to agree with her.
I think Tiffany has orchestrated to the choir extremely well and squeezed every last ounce of pity and sadness out of everyone she vlogs to, to get the numbers for the big $$$.
After the radiotherapy and chemo, there is as scar tissue. The thickened bowel possibly a sign of more localized cancer but we never found out what her biopsies showed so who knows … HA!
A mop up of scar tissue and colectomy may be the actual not the potential of what gets done and her blasé demeanor demonstrates just as this YT comment suggested, she knows the facts, just wants to continue to blindside for numbers.
it does make sense to me and while I still wish her a successful outcome (whatever that equates to) she remains in my eyes, the queen of deceit and scamming for financial gain and I continue to dislike her immensely.
 
I thought Amma looked quite rough today. This is certainly aging her. I feel so bad for her- I'd much rather suffer myself than see one of my kids in pain.

My oldest lad was in a charity boxing match on Saturday and his shoulder was dislocated with a single punch. He was using the gas and air in the ring and it was all I could do not to climb over everyone in front of me to get to him! When my daughter has her MRI to check for new MS lesions I don't sleep for days.

It's just an awful thing for that kind lady to deal with.

Likewise. There’s just something that doesn’t add up with her whole story!!. Like someone here commented, from seeing his/her own family through cancer, T is looking too well for someone about to undergo PE. So true. She is withholding a lot of info and has never stated the words “Pelvic exenteration. “ This doctor is calling her out ..🤷🏻‍♀️

The scans would have been finished last week, and surgery should be this week.

She does have a T4b tumour so the tentacles of the tumour have grown through the colon and attached onto other organs and structures In the pelvic cavity. We do not know the extent and where though. They have a sense but yes, they need to open her up, take frozen section biopsies of what looks sus, then based on that remove organs or structures either totally or partially. If we ever hear from her again, which i don't believe we will,she wont share any useful info anyways. It will be another guessing game. What we know for sure its her colon and rectum so for sure there is an ostomy bag. That is likely the stoma nurse appt that she had last week too. They mark the best place for the stoma and start some teaching for maintenance. This is why amma was finally brought in as they know she will be her carer. Darling the soup chef.

I too am happy to be wrong, happy also to apologize always where warranted, but I personally do not believe I owe Tiffany any apology after the tribe of tit she has offered her caring followers, which in the very early days, included moi!
I gave her so much information and support early on, encouraging her every step along the way when something didn’t appear to be right and she never once replied … not even with a blue heart … HA!
Anyway … hats off to the one who has possibly fooled almost 100k of global population … it’s wicked.
And if everyone stops to consider who will end up right and who will eat humble pie … well that is at the hands of our girl herself, because she will never tell the whole story honestly … so as they say, c’est la vie!

If all the organs Tiffany had stated would be removed in one of her videos (the colon, anus, rectum, uterus, ovaries, vagina), then the operation she is having is referred to as total pelvic exenteration.
In the second slide of this presentation, from (Dr?) Gina Brown of the Royal Marsden

"In a significant proportion of patients (15-20%), tumor extends beyond the achievable TME planes and requires more extensive surgery to achieve clear margins."



Recall that Tiffany's tumor is extensive, T4B, with CRM+, and other parameters making it sub-optimal. Tiffany is most likely having pelvic exenteration.
Recall, also, toward the beginning to middle of Tiffany's journey, when numerous medical professionals were commenting, many did say that pelvic exenteration is what Tiffany will require.

Several years ago, there was a university professor who video-taped his last lecture because he knew that in a very short time (weeks, or months) he was to die of pancreatic cancer. During his last lecture, he showed his class the scans of the cancer on his pancreas. He also proceeded to do push-ups in front of the students, to show them that despite all of his healthy looks, strength, and stamina to do the push-ups and work, he was in the process of dying. It was an unbelievable lecture. He didn't even look sick, yet was terminal. He died within months (or weeks) of that lecture.
 
Her last pinned tweet was 3 days ago when she posted the short clip about use of her PO box. I believe that was filmed and posted in real time and likely on Saturday Dec10th. Probably after she finished all her scans and appts last week. She looked unwell and shocked with the reality. The fake vlogmas day 9 also pinned. No other vlog was pinned but the fake TT aka Elodie has a few replies with generic thank you and multiple blue hearts. No way it is tiff replying after that vlog. She may have been admitted on Sunday for a Monday surgery too. So yesterday.
