There is a form you can populate too. I used it last year to contact Carolyn McCall after q gate (got auto response).

You can find it if you Google "ITV Viewer Services Form"

That should bring up ITVX - How to get in touch/contact at top of search results.

Select the above.

You should see the following

Select"Leave us your feedback" box on right, as you look at screen.

This leads to T & C page, scroll right to the bottom of that page. You will see the following.

Select "this form" hyperlink and you will reach this form, to express what you need.

I'm not stalking you !

Shingles can be brought on by stress and it can reoccur anytime, once you have had it.

It's painful. Mine flares up over left eyelid, over fore head and scalp when it occurs. It swells all my eyelid up, before blisters appear.

The blisters can crop up on other parts of the body, too. Improvement usually starts once blisters crisped up and gone. She may be away some time.

LFC Shingles advice over. Just from my experience (got in 2005 and it has repeated about 6 more times, not always in most stressed periods though).🤷

Has Holly really got it though ? Is it a "get out blag" due to Philth stuff. Don't trust either of them. Guess we will never know.

Your request for ITV complaints reminded me, due to the latest with Philth, I need to send another one over. TQ for the reminder.

Thanks for that info.

I just registered my concern regarding Phil being scheduled to present today. Not ranty or ravey, just my concerns regarding persistent rumours about his relationship with MM, the non-apology regarding queue-jumping, and the off-hand way he deals with callers. I mentioned neither me nor my friends will watch untill he is gone. I did forget to also mention I won't be buying any products advertised on This Morning either ... put that in if you choose to complain. If you get time and you have the same reservations I do regarding him, think about submitting a form. It's probably ignored, but it'll make you feel better and if and when the tit hits the fan you'll be on the right side of history.
