She’s in a catch 22 here. If that pram was gifted, she can’t post photos without marking it as an ad, right?
Except, wait a minute Sarah, you could just NOT post any photos of your unwell baby at the hospital!

Always with the passive aggressive eye rolling comments about the care she’s being offered too! Those midwives and doctors will be rushed off their feet and they’re still finding time to put up with CAKs situation that could be solved much quicker if Sarah would just get over herself and use some bloody formula!

If I were on Bugaboos social team, I would want that photo gone immediately.
 
OMG. That newborn does not need to go to a chiropractor (presumably she’s never Googled the dangers of babies being ‘treated’ by chiropractors 😬), they just need to stay at home and feed/pump/feed/pump all day and night.

Or just give him some formula. That’s what I would have done. I breastfed my babies, and I’m lucky that we didn’t have any serious issues, but I had formula and bottles on hand just in case.
 
Oh my God - that reel. “If ever there was a next time.” Holy Mary, Mother of God. We just know that number 4 will be en route so that this baby can have a sibling close in age but really because everything hasn't played out like the big Instagram fantasy it should have done. Awful

Baby looks a lot healthier immediately post birth than he does now, sadly

The best thing about a new baby espeically a winter baby is that 4th trimester hunkering down, showering but putting on fresh pjs. Snuggling skin to skin. Staying home. I’ve done it twice both times one of my absolute favourite memories. Her posts make me wonder why she wanted a 3rd she seems irritated. Irony is she could be doing all her insta mum tit if she’d just given formula and moved to bottles a week ago he’d probably be right as rain now and she could be doing as she pleased

Jesus put a hat on that baby, Rob is standing there in a thick vest and the new born doesnt even have a bloody little hat on. I had a 5kilo healthy boy in October and I let him sleep with a hat on for 1 month! He looks so underdressed, so cold, so unhugged, so uncozied. My mummy heart cries!!!

I completely agree. Newborns lose most of their heat through their heads. He looks cold.
 
Have I read that right, she's looking to go private because she's in a lot of pain?! Nothing about C being starved ect!

Go on the internet and the first thing that comes up is the very handy Association of Tongue Tie Practitioners. (ATP) register of members. Couldn’t be easier to find someone to help. What a shame she didn’t do this sooner rather than fannying about with a photo shoot 😵‍💫.

No one will be interested in giving her a freebie
 
When my middle son was TT, the NHS appt was weeks away. We paid £250 to go private when he was 7 weeks old (was only noticed at around 4/5 weeks) and it was a 2.5 hour round trip for a 10 min appt. I was on smp, my husband was on an okish salary. We didn’t question paying to go private as it was best for my son. Why is she even asking instagram? She’s utterly useless.

why does it even need an instagram question box?! So angry that she’s using this baby as content. I very much doubt Isla and Lachlan have spent any time with him or there’d have been photos. Absolutely mind boggling that she’s dragging that poor tiny baby here there and everywhere when it is not necessary.
 
If she can pay for maternity and baby photoshoots she can cough up for private care to help her newborn. If I even suspected there was a problem I’d have seen a consultant within days ….not waiting for divine intervention. She’s coming across as very self absorbed and narcissistic. Hope the health visitor kicks her arse!
