She’s more injured than she’s letting on. From someone who would run everyday to now doing strength training and living on the bike. Stinks of bullshit as per usual from the pair of tits.
Giant egg really helping the T1. She’s an absolute moonboot.

Fine to eat that stuff in moderation if you have T1, but why is she consistently showing stuff that goes against her condition?

I think she forgets that she’s made her ‘name’ out being a T1 runner and is so sucked into the whole ‘look at me eating so much junk but staying slim’ that you often see on Instagram.

Such an awful role model for other T1’s (I only say role model because with a high SM following and playing on the T1, she is putting herself out as that.) If she wants to eat like that, that’s on her and she can deal with whatever long term consequences it has, however she should be far more careful what she puts out into the world for impressionable people to see!
 
I just don’t get this need for 3 hours of exercise!!!!!
He (and Kelly) need to burn the same amount of calories that they were both doing from their double runs.

Running and rowing burn the most so unless someone gifts them a concept 2 or they magically fix themselves we are going to see a lot of zwifting from them.

They are both disordered and have deep-seated issues.

He dissappears and hides away when first injured as he doesn't want to face questions and possible criticism yet when he's on the mend and back walking about again...stress fracture healed, boot off after 6 weeks maybe.🤣 he reappears in his full arrogant cocky sweaty self. Well matched both of them, full of bullshit.

Not many people make me feel sick, he does. Seeing that sweat over the floor. Seeing him talk about elevation (it’s vert btw Matt😉) and some pretzel ride is just horrific.

Ugh.
 
Zwift is great….for certain workouts, when the weather is awful or at other times when you can’t get outside. But for pure enjoyment you can’t beat getting out on the bike, a real ride beats Zwift every time.

For these two they don’t have the barriers which would stop them getting out for a long ride in the day. So why are they doing it? It’s easier than riding outside and looks like they have gone further/faster? More stats/data from Zwift than the bike? Gets more engagement? I don’t get it.

Been injured for a few weeks, he finally says. Try 6 weeks and counting!
Good for him if he enjoys zwift but no one wants to see the kitchen sweat fest.
Then I swipe away and Ben Parkes pops up doing the same thing.
I follow all these runners and all I get is indoor cycling! 🤢
He does know that you can also get injured cycling, especially if you ramp up to do 100k and tonnes of elevation without gradually building up? Jesus wept, this guy is a moron.
 
I genuienly don't get the whole lying about / pretending your note injured thing. The most genuine interaction I've seen with people on instagram is when someone talks honestly about being injured or not having a good race (with no bullshit excuses) and people really identify wtih that. I just don't understand therefore what the point of NOT talking about it is??
 
Because they f'd up and brought it on themselves and they know it.
Poor diet, high milage, neglecting strength work, nonsensical training plans, skipping rest days, and putting that perfect Strava graph above listening to their bodies.
Doesn't look good when people are paying you to coach them.

I follow Yellow Runner and she's very proud that she's not had an injury in over a decade despite running 1000s of miles in the mountains. She's ALL about the strength work and a brilliant account to follow.
Makes these two look like absolute clowns.
