What if they haven't because they know that would put them into a different realm to their subscribers? Right now they seem like YouTubers who are making it work and have earned plenty for a nice house and the like, but to get a Tesla wouldn't seem relatable to the common viewer.

That didn't stop them from getting the $2000 Gucci sweater. But they got so much backlash from that that maybe they learned they shouldn't flaunt money. I hated that their fans defended the purchase especially since they bought it when they were still "forgetting" to turn off the Superchat function in live streams. They didn't buy that with their money, they bought it with money that stans sent them. But an idiot and their money is soon parted.

The same man that bought a 2K sweater....in Central Florida....That just screams relatable to the common viewer.

Today's video is of them complaining how they have no food. Because they are afraid to go shopping and their subscription box didn't come. It's safe to go shopping. I guess once this is all over and flu season is here they aren't going to go out then. Because the flu is just as bad as this and just as contagious....

If I were Tim, I'd be concerned that my resting heart rate is 95 BPM when the average adult is in the low 70s.

Exactly. As someone that lost her husband at an early age that bothers me greatly. As much as I don't like them, I don't want anything to happen to them and for Jackson to grow up without his dad...

Wow. That's high. I'm 43 and just took mine and it was 68. For him just sitting there in the A/C to get 95, and he's several years younger than me. That cannot be good. Are any stans / fans pointing that out to him in the comments? I didn't see any.

95 is great, but nothing that I’d be worried about. Could be because he was walking, talking with the mask on, nervous about recording or just nervous in general. I’m an nurse and anything above 90 scores a 1 on my early earning score system, but it’s quite common.

The title on Tim’s most recent video has sent me over the edge. If you’re that worried, GO HOME.

He was initially sitting down at home taking it; no walking and no mask.
And he certainly shouldn't be nervous as he's been vlogging on camera for 10+ years.

If 95 is great, what is 68 that I got when I took mine?

I always knew 60-100 to be "within range," but I'd think 95 was high-end, and not great.

(not asking in snark, asking honestly here...)

They can start by easing up on the cheese consumption. The amount of cheese that I've seen them eat is alarming. I know that we all love it, but we can't eat it as much as they do.

probably great isn’t the best word I should have used. Maybe acceptable. you don’t know what Tim was doing prior to the video; did he run up the stairs, did Jackson cry, did Jen shout at him etc.

That's a lot of "what ifs." ;)

For what it's worth, he had the same reading of 95-ish when he took it at the Boardwalk.

I would think, indeed, it would be higher in 100-degree heat index after walking as the body has to work harder in extreme temps. However, I would presume the one taken at home, sitting, in the A/C would be somewhat less - not the same?

In any event, it's interesting.

before I take any patients pulse, I do it manually. I consider anything what they could have done prior to me taking their pulse; have they walked to the bathroom, had coffee in the past 45-60mins, been on the phone and what is their baseline. I do not trust those pulse oximetry meters from amazon.

Did they not say in one of the vlogs when Jen was still pregnant that they wouldn’t be turning into a family channel/all about the baby, or have I totally imagined that? Most of their vlogs now not only feature Jackson but are about him and his development.
I think the lockdown has caused this tbh. They had to film something while the parks were shut.

My one issue was when they started weaning Jackson, its almost like he wasnt get the hang of BLW fast enough for them so they switched to the puree stuff.

Also has anyone read thier vlog description box? It's an actual full run down of the vlog. Why?!

Proved my point. :ROFLMAO: (and I'm not you're "hun")

FWIW, I was only casually asking in good faith about mine because I've had high BP in the past and was told to self-monitor both BP and resting heart rate.

I'm glad that you explained in depth why Tim's could have been 95 - and you initially termed it "great" and went into depth about your scoring system, possible reasons for that number, etc. - but, as a nurse, couldn't give a response beyond "probably acceptable" for a number 27 points lower? Shouldn't you know what's better or worse for a number?

I'm just taking a stab in the dark here, but she might be from the South. We call everyone hun, sweetie or sugar. LOL!! It's just a Southern thing. Nothing meant to disrespect anyone.

Nope, I’m from Yorkshire! Hun is my go to when I can’t be arsed, ducky is when I like you.

huns = Tim and Jen (as he’s being a numpty at the moment)
Ducky = Bandit the dog

They are just idiotic when it comes to not ordering food out. I've been getting takeout from places around me ever since this whole thing started. I've not gotten sick. I've went shopping during this and haven't gotten sick. I don't wear a mask because I have asthma and I've had an attack when I tried. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and haven't gotten sick. I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer. It just annoys me the way that they act. All holier than thou. And do as I say....

The other day in their live Vlog, someone asked something about Jackson's cousins (maybe referring to Tim's brother Adam's kids) and they said no, that he hadn't met anyone yet. But 1, he couldn't be around anyone else until he had has his shots and 2. then Covid hit. I can't imagine that no one in their families have ever seen this baby! The shot thing is RIDICULOUS!! Who makes everyone in their family wait until the babies have had their shots before you can meet them. WTF!

RIGHT! I'm a fat middle aged woman and mine is 80! My husbands is normally 50. I thought 95 was crazy when I saw that.
Exactly. We lived in Florida when my son was little. He was around all of my family. My dad and his cousins. My opinion is that if he's gonna get sick, then he's gonna get sick. Heck I had him out in public when he was barely a week old. I had a c-section and needed to walk. So, we took a walk everywhere.

I believe the way to stregthen an immune system is by exposure.

Same here. Mine is around 80 or 85. It depends. My doctor is always like, let me take it again. I'm like seriously? You know I have low blood pressure. LOL!! So now the nurse knows me and she's like yeah, I remember you have low blood pressure and pulse. LOL!!

I’ve been to the hospital to hold babies of family and friends... they were hours old so that is a load of rubbish!

I remember Tim saying that his sister brought his mom over to the house to meet Jackson. But, that's it. It's strange because they live in the same area that they grew up in, yet both of them have nobody. I know that they like a sense of community, because they're active with their viewers online; sure that's their income, but still, it seems like they do genuinely love the interaction. I'm a loner, introvert, by comparison and even I had friends and family wanting to meet my children. Both in the hospital and at home. And, in today's times, I still like to get out of the house. There's just something very sad feeling attached to Jenn. I actually like her better than I like Tim. Not that it's a competition, but she seems fun. She's definitely the reason people started watching them in the beginning.
Now, I understand that the covid numbers in Florida are high, so she'll continue to be a recluse, but hopefully she'll bounce back.

Jenn was reclusive before this whole thing started. She stopped working and driving years ago because of her "anxiety" and Tim said it's fine because it's his responsibility to take care of her. Tim used to have a great relationship with his family but Jenn drove a wedge through that when she said her Mother In Law hated her because she "couldn't get pregnant". I put anxiety in quotes because a few years ago she had to leave a Target because of the fluorescent lights and made a huge deal about it filming herself in the car so she could get sympathy from her stans. But now she can be in Target for hours with Jackson no problem, her anxiety magically disappeared. Both Tim and Jenn bring out the worst in each other

Has anyone seen the latest vlog where he’s at Universal, not as bad as the recent ones but still some strange behaviour.

Again, despite rising number of cases, Tim is still doing park vlogs, despite clearly not wanting to be in the parks. He even mentions the rise in casesit just still baffles me how a family so terrified (and for good reason) of catching the virus are still putting themselves in this position.

Tim mentioned that the CDC have said there is no link between food and the virus - well yeah Tim, why do you think restaurants have been doing takeout since this whole thing started:rolleyes:

However, he’s still not going to eat in the parks because he doesn’t want to take his mask off in the park...

...ok fair enough, I (sorta) get that.

but WAIT A MINUTE this means that Tim is spending his whole time in the parks not removing his mask at all! In 100F heat too! There’s been so many people collapsing at the parks because of masks vs the heat, he is probably causing more harm to himself not removing his mask, than taking 5 minutes out in those deserted Rest Zones.

There’s certainly more risk to needing assistance from medics if anything were to happen, compared to being sensible and taking in some air at the designed zones.

Also it’s a not a great example to all your viewers that you are advertising this behaviour.

He also found out that Hogwarts Express is only allowing one party per cabin, which means he would have one to himself.

He seemed shocked (as if it hasn’t been common knowledge for weeks!) as if he didn’t think these sort of precautions are in place - yeah Universal aren’t idiots Tim!

But of course he didn’t ride it...
