So a couple of things... I have been curious to the controversy surrounding these two I.e why I am here, I decided to sit back and watch them without reading the forums or any outside negative or positive feedback. I read people for a living, and it has been a bit slow. Here goes: Jenn gives off a deceptive vibe most of the time for a split second. She also gives off a black/brown aura sometimes. For example: when she thanks a person or expresses concern. She is being disingenuous. She is unhappy and masks it with a smile. She is a people- please, mostly wants to please Tim.Tim, there is something so off and dishonest around him.He has a dark pink aura. He tolerates Jenn and that is something no woman or man should feel regardless of how much of an ass they are. in the same breath he is controlling but wants his wife happy so she doesn’t think about leaving. Their apology video is deceiptful, no question. they are likely sorry they got caught and were only saying lines that were given to them or rehearsed. They have no interest in growing in regards to those videos. Nor do they understand how they offended people. That is all if anyone has any questions let me know.

You said everything I've known for the last few years of watching them and I can't even read people's auras! :D You're spot on! 100% accurate.

Very interesting. I think all of us here get that impression from them both. Especially Jen. She is very fake.

I have been watching Tim and Jenn for several years and have always enjoyed getting my fix of the Florida parks in between trips, but recently things have been a little odd to say the least

Let me start off by saying that I have no issue with the Trackers having concerns over COVID, Florida’s cases are skyrocketing and theme parks aren’t exactly isolation-friendly. If I was living in Orlando I would certainly be uncomfortable heading to the parks right now.

First of all they were adamant they weren’t going to rush back to the parks, yet Tim was back within a few days of them opening.

If you watch the latest handful of videos that they have posted of Tim returning to the Parks (if you haven’t watched I suggest you do) it’s easy to pick up on some weird things

A) Tim won’t eat or drink at the parks
B) he won’t ride an attraction if it has an indoor queue or is an indoor ride (leaving very few Options!)
C) he won’t go into the shops (which was ‘amusing’ at Disney Springs when he was trying to show new merch and the prices through the windows!)
D) there was also a strange incident at Busch Gardens where he refused to walk through the fan misters - I’m guessing it’s because he thinks it could be infectious?
E) even we he shows the ‘rest areas’ where you can remove your masks safely, he makes a point that he’s not comfortable removing it, even when there is nobody else there.

The vlogs are now basically Tim pointing at things he’s not comfortable doing:confused:

As I said, I have no issue with the caution around the pandemic, but Tim is SOOOO uncomfortable in those parks that he really shouldn’t be there putting himself through it.

it feels very disingenuous and grabby for views.

Also, I find it a little arrogant, if Universal/SeaWorld/Disney etc didn’t think it was safe to eat at their restaurants and ride the attractions with the new policies and distancing in place, they wouldn't allow people to do it - but it feels like Tim think he knows better!

Exactly right. I live in Orlando and just yesterday, Mayor Demings put forth the mask mandate county-wide. Long before that, Osceola County had it. Since I came out of hibernating in late May, I've been to many places throughout the counties (and before Orange's mandate).

In some places, people wore them better than others - for example the Whole Foods in Altamonte was great - most were wearing. Academy Sports in Lake Mary, not so much. Yesterday at IKEA at Millenia, virtually everyone except a literal handful were wearing them. Fresh Market requires them, and again virtually a handful weren't. Publix in multiple counties was like 70 / 30 pro-mask wearing. I also had to get my car repaired at Ford during this time and virtually no one in the service reception area was wearing masks. But now that Orange requires them, they have to wear them too. I also ordered food delivery a bunch of times and it was great. Most simply knocked (i.e. Panera, Tijuana Flats) and left the food at the door.

The point of my rambling? I live here and I still functioned. Safely - with my mask, but still functioned.

The fact that they do not see that you can equally be careful while still going about your business, has been borderline absurd. Did they actually think that they could get it by EATING take-out food? Why would they think they could not walk through a deserted pathway in a park in Dr. Phillips - in the open fresh air - and still have to wear the masks? Do they not watch the local news or do they only get their news through Twitter and IG? It's not a nuclear fallout.

As was referenced in Guru the other day, Tim goes to Busch Gardens and refuses to touch any merchandise, but then touches bathroom mirror effects. Then a next vlog shows him at a Friends pop-up at Pointe Orlando and he's picking up and touching a bunch of stuff in the pop up. Only to then go off in a completely deserted corner with his mask still on with absolutely NO ONE in sight (he called it abandoned there) to give their daily organization shout-out all muffled.

It just doesn't come off as genuine. It comes off as a cross between true paranoia (or perhaps of someone who secretly just wants to stay at home and vlog from the couch because it's easier that way) and forced, fake, over-the-top paranoia to play up to the "stans / fans" to convey that they - and only they - are the only Disney / Orlando vloggers taking this seriously.

I’m not watching him anymore but he doesn’t sound like much of a good advert for the parks. This is not what Disney etc is wanting or needing right now so surely this would affect his ‘perks’ in the future?

There is a lot of hypocritical behaviour going on.

I’m interested with the Disney Resorts opening from tomorrow and AP previews prior to the parks opening, how involved they are going to be.

The whole world is going to be watching when WDW opens, as a vlogger it’s going to a gold mine! Maybe too tempting for some....

If Tim is that uncomfortable going to the parks, he shouldn't be going to the parks, there is no point in him risking his own health for views if he feels that way. Plus in the Florida heat, you need to take off your masks in those safe zones, there have been vlogs that show medical staff around people who have passed out because they wore them so long without a break.
Again he's doing it for clicks and views, but I think their followers will want to see more genuine vloggers going about the different parks instead of him, showing them resting in the mask free zones, describing the social distancing that is going on and if it's that bad some vloggers do just up and leave because it's not worth sticking around - but even with the negative points the parks can take that and use it to put more training on the staff or even get more staff on the ground to make sure the rules are being followed.
I went off there, my main issue is if Tim talks consistently about being uncomfortable in the parks, he shouldn't be at the parks and stick to the home vlogs, even if it costs them money, surely their own health is more important?

I think that they're going to be doing more home vlogs, in general, and the comment Jenn made about more home vlogs was just because Tim probably realized - more than even being paranoid, the more I think of it - that it's incredibly incredibly uncomfortable to wear the mask for hours on end in a theme park.

I just don't think he has such a love of the parks anymore akin to a Michael Kay, for example, to tough it out to be in the parks because he really WANTS to be there.

I think that so much of the complaining and pointing out everyone doing "bad" stuff by not following the rules is simply for show. Because if you were REALLY afraid, you would not only not touch merch at Busch Gardens, but you ALSO wouldn't pick up random objects inside a Friends pop-up - thereby contradicting your paranoia about touch. At that rate, you actually wouldn't even GO to a Friends pop-up to BEGIN with! Was he actually invited out there by the company putting that on? Because that's the only reason I could see him go for that out of the blue.

Because, as Pop!91 said, it just screams of hypocrisy.

Remember "you won't see that kind of content on our channel" and then he rushes out to the parks. Only to complain rather than show all the GOOD that these places are doing and how AWESOME it is that PEOPLE ARE WORKING to feed their families and keep these Orlando "icons" ALIVE! (you can be safe AND keep the economy going and people employed to keep a roof over their heads)

Now they're back to saying they're going to do home vlogs. Because it's just easier. And, inherently, they're both just lazy folks who were in the right place at the right time to explode a channel about the theme parks right at the onset of theme park vlogging, and now they feel they can take it easy simply showing people what the baby did today and here's us making cookies for the 1,000th time and pizzas on tortillas. Riveting material.

I guess I was all over the place with my rambling here, but those are my thoughts! :)

Have they said in a recent vlog that they are doing more home vlogs now and less parks? I don’t always watch the home vlogs so might have missed the one it’s in.

If they have said they are taking a step back from the parks recently, it will be interesting even more so to see how they address the opening of WDW and whether they (Tim) actually stays away

I wonder if WDW might invite Tim to the opening day, maybe even have him stay at one of the hotels? Chances are high he would go because it's what most people signed up for.
Another Orlando vlogger has gotten a lot of perks currently from Legoland, which was pretty awesome to see, and I could imagine WDW might try to go the same route for a selected few vloggers to how all that they are doing for staff and visitors to their resorts and parks.
This might very well be the Trackers way of going from park vloggers to family vloggers and the latter is something that I find worrisome considering most family vloggers fake a lot of stuff to get the views.

Starts @5:35 goes to about 6:20. However, I'm sure when Disney comes calling for a media preview, Tim will be there for that. Views = $$$

Exactly. I really feel this is the route they're trying to segue to now, given the recent vlog content. Even Rix Flix was still churning out theme park-related material prior to the parks' reopening, so I think Trackers are seeing that their exploitation of their child is paying off in their ability to put out content without really any effort and still stay afloat given their massive subs base (which many of which were purchased, as Tim is known to purchase both subs and views)

How does that work? Money wise would the amount he pays out for subs/views be less than what he gets back in return? If so that is just...probably something YouTube should try to sort out, cos how is that fair for other content creators who are working hard and gaining a reputation but it's a slow process while those with money just get it handed to them.
Having said that, YouTube has a lot of things to sort out.

Of course Tim had to make sure he got the Sony ZV-1 as soon as it came out.

That digital camera is being touted as Vlogging for Idiots with its one button push settings, and instant on/off bokeh effects, plus it's supposed to be pretty decent at focusing at the closest thing to the lens.

However, as with every camera Tim has owned, it's not the camera which doesn't have amazing capabilities, it's the fact that Tim never tried to learn to shoot in manual mode at all, and has no clue about aperture settings, white balance, etc.

I really have no idea bc I'm not well-versed in YouTube. BUT it has long been discussed on Guru how poor performing Tracker vlogs will magically have a big boost in viewership seemingly overnight and some tech-driven former commenters said it wouldn't be explained by simply a lag in YT number counts; it could only be determined by purchases.

I also used to monitor, per some of Guru's commenters' direction, their stats on SocialBlade from time and time and sure enough, in the past, you'd see subs boost by, say 1,000 subs for 3 straight days and then die off. And then a couple weeks later, a similar sequence, as opposed to a more organic growth performance.

I know. If I had a dollar for every time that nitwit has bought and returned (and / or rented) a new camera only to cite it's the camera's fault for performing poorly, I'd probably be able to buy my own camera by now! :ROFLMAO:

They are just idiotic when it comes to not ordering food out. I've been getting takeout from places around me ever since this whole thing started. I've not gotten sick. I've went shopping during this and haven't gotten sick. I don't wear a mask because I have asthma and I've had an attack when I tried. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and haven't gotten sick. I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer. It just annoys me the way that they act. All holier than thou. And do as I say....

If they turn into a live blog they are going to really be hurting for views. Even more than they are now. I honestly think that they believe they can do whatever they want and people will still watch. People will only watch your insincere live blogs for so long. You can only trot your kid, no matter how cute he is, out so much before people get bored.

I've watched other bloggers that I watched before they had kids and their content just goes downhill. Why? Because all they do is use it as a place to show off how cute their kid/kids are. It gets boring after awhile. I want to know what's going on at Disney and the other parks. Not how brilliant and wonderful your kid is....

You would think with a new camera you would look over the manual, or if you dislike manuals you could find a YouTube tutorial about the camera and it's many different functions!
They have more money that sense really.

I'm shocked they didn't get blacklisted at Best Buy. Tim would always return cameras right before the warranty expired and would swap it out for something brand new. I remember one video where Tim (doing his usual no research) went to Bestbuy on a Sunday morning, not realizing they weren't open until 11am, so instead of going home, he sat in his car for like 2 hours vlogging on and off.

Could you imagine what Tim would do if they stopped him? I have no doubt he would go onto his channel and badmouth them all over the place. Then his stans would start a campaign to complain to them about how unfair they are to poor Tim and Jen....
