I didn’t think you could be the founder/trustee of 2 different charities??
Does she actually have any qualifications, or a self proclaimed “mindset and thought” expert? Surely if she was highly skilled and trained in this area, she’d be doing this as a job? Not selling stick on nails and being on TikTok live for 12 hours?
Most likely her comeback will be that we don’t see everything she does, and he she has multiple income streams, don’t forget!
She sells stick on nails
Makes PowerPoints about who knows what, and sells them
She was flogging the “amazing” powder that miraculously reduced glucose levels. Not anymore
She’s now advertising another random weight loss scheme (the recent photos, her heads at a different angle to make her look different)
She has a toddler (but then proceeds to pass her to others while she goes on multiple holidays)
She now probably makes a bit off TikTok, after gaining more followers via erin
She had The Yes Life shop
She had Diamond Enterprises
She set up a non profit “the purple place”
She’s trying to start “Erin’s Angels”
She’s trying to raise £10K for charity
She randomly takes old people on religious retreats
Her fans will say look how much she does! But it just feels off. I still can’t fathom how she can be getting a mortgage and a £40k deposit in 6 months?
Getting approved for a mortgage when you’re self employed is tricky. You have to prove consistent income over a period of time. She wasn’t earning whilst living with Erin (which was a kind thing to do) but that’s got to have affected her ability to show enough income to afford to pay a mortgage. She said the other day, Chris owns a waste refuge company, but in the past says he buys, fixes and sells cars? Maybe that’s a side line, so surely wouldn’t be included in the reliability of mortgage payments?
Im sure for non profits and charities, if you’re on the board of trustees/directors, there’s some element of financial responsibility? I may be wrong.
There’s only a certain amount of bullshit that someone can talk, but when it comes to mortgages and setting up charities, that’s a different matter
