I would have tried to get Paul McCartney with a cameo from Ringo, The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran and Adele (I mean where the F are they?!).

There's Diana Ross, Rod Stewart and Elton John too.

Not my cup of tea. I suppose they need to have it mixed but I'm surprised they couldn't get Harry Styles or Ed Sheeran just to make it a bit more current.

I've had a great time tonight!!! Lying on the sofa with a throw as my feet hurt. I pressed a button on my mobile phone for You Tube and then saw a little logo picture and thought ooh what's that for. Well it only started playing music videos I had "liked" on You Tube on my big TV!!!! I've had a great time doing lying down dancing to everything from Northern Soul to Gangsta. I'll have to get the girls round to partay now I know I can do this with my phone!!!
p.s. I realize you are all rolling your eyes up to the ceiling but girrlll I am behind on this technology lark. 😄😂🤣😂
 
Have anyone read the Duke of Kent's new book? It's actually quite interesting. He's a minor Royal these days, so you forget that he once had a more prominent ranking. He doesn't talk about it in a negative way, just matter of fact that in his younger days there just weren't a lot of Royals to carry out engagements (particularly before Charles and Anne got to the age of doing them). Harry could have learnt a lot from him really. His ranking of importance changed - he wasn't negative about it, and he also stayed focused with his new ranking of doing what he could to support Her Majesty and the Monarchy. It takes someone without a huge personal ego to do that though, and we all know that ego and jealousy are a big part of Harry and his wife's issues.

The Duke of Kent and his sister Princess Alexandra were major players back in the day. And as you say, they've accepted their change of ranking with dignity.

Maybe both sides are distant and couldn't care less about the other as they're busy raising their respective young families and pursuing their own interests?

I cannot understand why it is always those who claim to dislike/detest/despise Meghan Markle who end up being the ones to bring her up the most.

Anyway, getting back on topic since this is about Kate, I really like the dress. Just wish she didn't feel the need to be so thin. She always look best with a little more weight like when she was pregnant or pre-marriage.

You mean William didn't pitch Catherine for a movie role? What a waste! A date with Tom Cruise and no selfish pitches? Damn. I am gutted.

They could have done a show with songs from every decade she's been on the thrown (obvs not with all the original singers as most would be dead)
