I’m watching the old Towie’s on BritBox (so much better than the new ones) at the start of season two Mick is flirting badly with Chloe Sims, Kirk gets jealous and dumps Lauren Pope 🤣 I do like Mick but he came across as a bad perv in the early days 🤣

The old ones are gold. I love Sam and Amy ‘doing the door’ at the sugar hut like they rule the school. And the endless Mark Wright love triangles/pentagons/god knows what. Jess flashing her plastic boobs to her faaaamly in the kitchen etc etc

To be brutal, Ferne is a terrible mother imo. Sorry to be harsh but I really don't understand her thought process. I have no idea why you would show your child to the world after everything that happened with her dad. Obviously it's not the baby's fault about her dad but for me personally, if my baby daddy had gone to prison after a horrific acid attack on innocent people that was unbelievably publicised and I was in the public eye. I'd have hidden every bit of my child. I wouldn't even have announced the birth or a name. I think it's cruel to expose her to world now when she's going to have to go to school, college, etc with everyone knowing her and what her dad did. She's opened her child up for harrassment and bullying for money. She even announced that she was taking the baby to visit him in prison.

It's not the baby or Ferne's fault of course BUT I personally would to everything I could to make sure my child had an easy peaceful life and protect her from potential backlash.

May seem harsh and judgemental but I really just don't get it.

completely agree with you but she needed the kid for “first time mum” series and any “Mom life” articles etc that she can get it’s her own selling point..sad but true...she will do anything to stay in the limelight ... it’s pitiful

I don’t think that she broadcasted Sunday as much as she did to stay in the limelight at first - I think she did it as a distraction from all of the negative press that she was getting at the time. I think she now enjoys all of the attention that it has bought her.

If she did put her daughter in the limelight to distract from the negative attention then imo that's even worse. Sacrificing your child's privacy and potential safety so people will stop talking about the crime her dad committed, even though it could come back to haunt her later on in her life. Lovely. That's worse than doing it for money.

Oh I agree, I don’t think it’s any better than doing it for the limelight! I just think that enjoying the limelight came after Sunday was born and she got her show etc.

Sorry I was insinuating that you were disagreeing or anything!! It's sad to me that she's basically using her kid as a meal ticket. In a way, she's a bit like Billie Faiers in the sense that they both make money off their kids being "divas" (Nelly and Sunday)

Originally I didn’t think this about Billie as she was the first to have a baby and seemed to be in a stable relationship etc. However the way that they have brought Nelly up just to be a character in their show is awful. She will get herself into trouble one day and it will be the fault of her parents who have instilled no sense of boundary or ‘real life’ into her.

100%. They've turned her into a diva just for viewings really. They will regret it later in life
