The Food Medic / DB #4 Hazel’s swapped brain cells for sells, sells, sells and clever degrees for dumb DB

Honestly I can’t imagine going to the Doctors and getting my other half to video it !! Honestly so weird, I’m cringing so badly for her
This is one of her strangest videos yet (which is saying something!). All the clips of her/them clearly very aware of the camera at the doctors looking teary, and then setting up her camera to video herself crying…very strange

So an old injury has come back.

lots of scans and physio and rehab.

pulling out of the LA marathon.

goes away for the weekend and does a 20km run at this pace.

this girl is so fucked up.

Yeh wtf such mixed messages to her followers “ if you get an injury take a break and get physio, ease back in slowly” whilst herself doing a 20km run and probably 2 other runs and gym this week.

She has a lot of privilege, bad knee, book a private scan and appointment, along with physio, doesnt need to wait months or years

Shes gross, only those with money can relate to her. She doesnt even realise how privileged she is.

Whats ironic about these fitness influencers is that they are all rich.

There has to be something said when a rich white influencer who reeks of privilege is telling you how to live a healthy lifestyle when you can barely afford food or have time perhaps due to illness, work, children, lack of help, language barrier to do anything you would like to keep yourself healthy

And not ONE of these fitness infkuencers has ever suggested if other things to do you cannot afford fish, eat this which is cheaper, or you cannot afford gym or have an injury, do this instead

Its all look at me and how thin I look

Totally

I know 100s of regular runners, most of whom have had injuries. Very very few of them have gone and got a scan using private healthcare !! Completely over the top.
Also a crap ad for runna!
She’s a fairly new runner, did her first marathon in Nov, then was doing a quick turnaround to do another 4 months later, doesn’t take a genius to figure out she’s likely to get an injury. There’s a reason most seasoned runners only do 2 marathons a year.

I really rate Runna as an app. Used it for my half marathon training and loved it. Probably could have got it free somewhere else but it held me accountable.

Hazels injuries are her own doing. For someone that goes on about female health it seems like she’s trying to train as much as her bf who is twice her size. She looks ill tbh

Says she couldn’t run 3km 2 months ago without pain but her Strava shows at least 2/3 runs a week, marathon in November, half marathon end of December and multiple long runs between Christmas and now. Don’t get why you’d say you have an injury yet carry on doing more damage for all your followers to see

She needs some serious help, major therapy , you have an injury, go rest FFS!

She looks like how she was back in thebday, anyone remember the days she would restrict her food before a shoot?

I don't think you need to be qualified to give nutritional advice
You are right, you don’t. And it’s the bane of Registered Dietitian’s existence. There’s so much dietary information out there and it is widely unregulated. There’s a reason why she wants to still do clinical patient care but without the demands and bureaucracy of a public health role. Although I think her nutrition advice is actually fairly sound, it’s just frustrating for the industry. You can’t set up a general medicine clinic in the same way.

She brings nothing new to the table, so to speak. All of her nutrition content and recipes follow current trends and rip off other people’s hard work, education and research. Absolutely none of her content is original thought or ideas.
