She's not been a practising doctor for a while now. And the one year masters she took in nutrition does not teach how to undertake consultations for clients, it's only based upon some theory and no practical application to a patient's illness and how to undertake a professional and effective nutrition consultation. The same goes for all the other 'Influencers' who just took a 1 year masters in nutrition, whether they're a medic or not. That's why they can't seem to hold private consultations that are purely based upon nutrition, and instead just throw out some generic 'content' about it on social media (and now some paid platforms), but this 'content' is simply theory regurgitated from other sources with no practical application to help the unique health problems of a patient.

It's a different case for registered dietitians, nutritionists and nutritional therapists who undertake years of study and practical application for helping patient's illness with diet.

£29.99 on an instahun’s subscription is NOT accessible for most! I’m shocked at how expensive her subscription is - that’s more than my gym membership. It wasn’t clear if that includes twatwistle’s “online training” either. When I went to look at how much that cost, the membership page didn’t work 🤣
Also noticed she has medical doctor and nutritionist written in her Insta bio. She definitely isn’t a practising doctor so not sure how she can be fine stating that and wasn’t there suggestion on here she wasn’t a licensed nutritionist?

I agree she shouldn’t. And I would bet any money she won’t go back to practising medicine.
Surely she has to practise x number of days per period to keep her license. My friend is a pharmacist and I’m sure she has mentioned she has to do this. If not, at the very least she will be expected to freshen up somehow as medicine moves so quickly, so much to learn.

I don’t think she enjoyed it so I doubt she will go back. I don’t blame her, especially after covid. But stop with all the fakery now.

Nah her next step is mumfluencer

Her and DB will be unbearable as parent influencers. “3 ways I stay fit and healthy as a new mum” … step one, dedicate my entire life and all my time to fitness.
Her lifestyle right now is already so unattainable. Imagine when she becomes a parents. It's insane!!! She is gonna pass on such disordered eating to her kids. And David will probably fat shame and little kid with puppy fat. Poor kid!!!
I still don't get the whole egg freezing business either. It is known, and becoming more widespread that it is better to freeze embryos rather than eggs as they survive the thawing process better and if u are in the position to do embryos then that is preferable to eggs. She is a doctor. Surely she should know this?!
Additionally none of it made sense. I have been through ivf (after miscarriage and years of trying and subsequent low mood may I add) and I didn't cry after egg retrieval etc. I appreciate we are all different but I've also had numerous patients go through egg freezing and they all said its absolutely fine. If you look after your mental health it's OK, and that's coming from a myself as a qualified and practising doctor. David has probably told her she doesn't need to do meditation etc and she should focus on all this physical health as opposed to mental health. Absolute nonsense, especially in this day and age. Mental health is important.
I also agree with all comments about her wearing her stethoscope! It's unreal.

Additionally! One final thing, someone asked doesn't she have to do minimum sessions as a doctor. I have just searched the GMC lrmp, anyone can do this via gmc website. she is registered without a license to practice and is not subject to revalidation. This means she doesn't need to do any work as a practising doctor. She does not have yearly appraisals or 5 year revalidation and doesn't need to keep up either cpd. She is just using her title as doctor. Personally I think medicolegally she needs to be careful what she is saying online, although I imagine her agent and her have discussed this with a defence union, she can't be that stupid...although her being with David makes me question that. And actually on reflection, what axtual medical stuff does she even talk about online. It's all exercise overdose/binge eating/body issues now....

Just wanted to agree re: IVF and that it’s odd she got emotional for egg retrieval. We also had to have IVF, we were fortunate (even though it took 2 years of heartbreaking infertility to get there) that it worked for us on the first round, but the only time I got emotional during the process was when they implanted the embryo. And I am admittedly a very emotional person!

It seems odd that someone who has had to have egg retrieval seemingly just because they want to get married first (but very soon it seems, not sure if they have a date set yet but I doubt it will be more than a year), and not because they have struggled with infertility and/or loss should be so emotional about a small early part of the process. For all she knows they could be one of those irritating couples who ends up pregnant right away.

She’s probably playing up her emotions for #content which is very low.

I think the egg freezing rather than embryo freezing suggests she wants kids in the future, but not necessarily with DT. Keeping her options open...
Hmmm, I mean that makes logical sense. But she seems so sickeningly head over heels with that idiot. Let's see what happens!

I just wanted to say congratulations on ivf working too :) xxx
To be honest, with her egg freezing journey I don't think would be helpful to people even considering it. I didn't follow it all admittedly because she annoys me but did she even talk about meditation/mindfulness/mental health coping tools etc?! If she didn't, then good luck to her for the future, she'd have a full on breakdown if it came to ivf. But I agree, she'll probably get pregnant without even trying...even though her cortisol from her exercise is probably all over the shop!

Wasn't the full egg story only available to paid members?
How sad she had to make money on the story of freezing her eggs. I just had a skim through to find the content and there is some there but very basic.

There is also some GREAT recipe content which is only available if you sign up to her subscription, including these never before seen or heard of, groundbreaking new recipes - chicken and roasted veg couscous, pesto pasta and…flapjacks! Don’t all rush at once to sign up!

All these idiots with their paid for subscriptions and content - the recipes are dull as tit! You could find similar stuff online or in a supermarket magazine. Eg the current Tesco magazine for free has pages of stuff including veggie options and cook once, eat twice menu suggestions. Cost me nothing. The day I pay someone 30 odd quid a month to tell me how to make pesto or overnight bleeping oats with berries in is the day I know I’ve finally lost my remaining marbles.

The most drawn out engagement ever, I crack up when I hear his voice
