He really is so smug and unlikable. I can’t think of anyone I would rather listen to less for fitness advice. I can’t imagine his business is particularly successful.

Imagine him trying to meditate though, he doesn’t have the brain capacity.

Ironic him giving advice on life balance when he appears to do hardly anything all day. Get in the real world, get a proper job and actually contribute something - then you might be able to give a bit of advice and it come across much less patronising 🙄

Edited to add - wow, just seen his post about bodybuilders and calling them one dimensional 🤣🤣🤣 is he even aware of himself and how one dimensional he is?! What a way to piss a load of people off as well - what’s it got to do with him how people train or what they do?!

I can’t stand this guy! I’m probably his target audience as well and he just gets it so, so wrong!

Just been reading, he really is thick as mince isn’t he. it’s obvious what he’s trying to do, he’s lacking engagement and he’s deliberately putting out provocative messages so he gets people commenting on his page. The conversations between him and hazelnut must be beyond rivetting

He’s revolting. I cant imagine meeting someone who responded to this casting call and thinking, yep he’s The One 😂

This is so annoying. We don’t care that she’s in a happy relationship, more power to her. The issue is that she’s completely gone back on the values she used to stand for e.g. moving to be healthy not to look a particular way, enjoying food rather than counting calories etc. Also reads like she considers finding a partner “turning things around”… Not if it’s a moron like DB
