When Fanny was allowing Chris to dig his grave by criticising Amaurys plaster work, I do hope NONE of it was the late Ian’s work.

There was a big crack very visible in the window recess in the marquis sitting room / furniture store.. The whole place is structurally unsound.

The big room will surely throw up surprises as any complicated building project would.

. That Fanny still does not have the beam quote yet, how is it even possible to gauge how long taking the bedroom walls down will take, to then line up the professionals to install said beam. As we know builders are not standing around waiting for Fanny Flash to ring them up.

Maybe I just struck lucky (I've others Victorian jet brooches and other antique pure silver filigree ones, all got at my local Emmaus at their annual jewellery sale, I didn't pay more that a euro for any of them) but are people just blindly buying this at these prices because of who it is selling them.
