Stephanie warned viewers in one of her last video is to the south of France that she intended to return to the area to film advent videos of the area during the Christmas holiday season. I would imagine that she will spend several days at her Aunt’s home filming all the Christmas decorations at her aunt will put up in her new home, take videos of the surrounding areas and Christmas markets, and film several dinners with her aunt and uncle Ricky expensive champagne. She will haul Moneymaker 2.0 with her to the south of France and dress the recast prop dog in Christmas sweaters and outfits previously worn by Ratso 1.0. She will drag out all of Ratso’s treat puzzles and show money maker 2.0 solving puzzles for treats.

She also has to film her fake Thanksgiving for her viewers in the U.S. Will fake Christmas take place at her aunts house in the south of France, filmed in November, 2024 oe early December, 2024 so no one will be near the dump at Christmas time. Will Boxing Day also be filmed in early December?

Will Gerry arrive at the dump in late October/early November again to shoot the Château DIY Christmas segment? You know it will be all about the chapel and will likely feature Stephanie ( holding money maker 2.0 dressed in holiday out fit in her arms) and loser Philip screeching in the chapel surrounded by candles or showing off the recently purchased antique chandeliers that will have it installed in the chapel. If she opens the chapel for any reason to the locals, she will definitely feel mat for château DIY, or for her channel.

It is just another delay tactic for deceitful Stephanie. Normal procedure for Stephanie: manically shriek, make big promises, encounter sudden ” problems” or be confronted with an “ unexpected” huge increase in costs for the project, BEG BEG BEG MORE MORE MONEY, LIE, LIE, LIE, delay for months, and never speak about the project again until forced to do so. Go on a few more five star luxury vacations which she will lie and say are gifts from Baghead or Auntie and will claim are mini breaks and lie about the actual vacation days, shop nonstop, complain about the cold, and, under no circumstances, spend more than 5 to 6 days per month at the dump. Rinse and repeat.

The only good thing to note is that, whatever is going on, it is certain to cause Fanny a great deal of anxiety. - I want to let you know that we having mainly administrative difficulties - administrative difficulties on the side of the Gas Board who have to sign off on the boiler room.
- So, from our point of view Amuary, has said he's not doing any more work to the boiler room until the Heating Engineer can give him very clear instructions about exactly how he needs it finished
- The Heating Engineer doesn't know how he wants it finished
- The Heating Engineer is waiting to hear from the Gas Board and the Gas Board are saying they can't say how they want it finished until they have the specs from the Plasterboard manufacturers
- The Plasterboard manufacturers are saying they can not give the specs because it's not something they do - it's just our plasterboard.
- The Heating Engineer has asked me to employ a lawyer and sort out the situation
- So we're in a bit of a circular situation right now - we're in a bit of a stalemate - and everyone is looking at everyone else saying can you give me what I want to carry on but no one can
- We're still very much on good terms with the Heating Engineer and we're trying to help him move forward with it
- So we're going to get there bit by bit
- We've had cold winters before and we can have another cold winter
- The important thing is that we finally get the heating in
- So that's the situation as it is at the moment and when we can move forward I'll let you know

What about the investigation into the death of one man and the serious injuries sustained by another less than one year ago at the dump? What about your orange fencing that is still up? Why was the sewage drained from a street location instead of the area in front of Mummy/Pottie’s apartment?

She is using her normal control by chaos, smoke and mirrors, conflicting- incomplete statements/ confusion strategy. She is full of tit. The heating engineer asked her to employ an attorney to sort out the situation? I am certain that she already retained the services of an attorney in November, 2023 thru today to help her and the other 2 hapless Dump owners navigate the myriad of issues surrounding working conditions at the dump, the roof incident, the injuries and death of other workers at the dump, and investigation into such, etc.

Don’t you love how she pulled her typical “ poor little eternally victimized orphan princess is taken advantage of by the big bad local government and contractors” crap and then plays the plucky, cold little 50 year oldi princess “ We've had cold winters before and we can have another cold winter.” She has already made several scripted comments about how cold it is at the dump, and she will continue to do so, as she hides trips away from the dump from viewers as well as broadcast elaborate vacations taking over the next five months to escape the cold, cold Dump ( likely traveling several times to London, the south of France, Venice, Japan?, Scotland, morocco, and South Africa, at a minimum.

She used this strategy before many times, e.g., waiting on approval to add windows or doors to the Dump, Ñutty and Gerry apartments, the company that never showed up to work on the terrace in March, 2023, all of the delays on the not so grand salon, the multiple surveys taken on project after project so the project will never be started, all of the surveys, meetings, estimates, and money set aside to restore the lake but yet nothing has been started for years? The rendering? She can’t even clean out or sweep and clean up the attics at the dump, even after millions of dollars/ euros have poured in to help her clean up the dump, restore the dump, etc. for 5 years. She lied and stated that a company was going to come and address the bulging wall in the side of the dump three or four years ago in a video with chamber potty, but nothing has ever happened and she claimed that they just never returned. What about Ian? She made up a lie about why he was no longer at the dump that she put out through comments on the CD section and then never mentioned him again. Once Nick started working with Dan, he hasn’t worked at the dump in the past year, harvesting wood, cutting wood for the wood burners, did they ever cut down all of the rotten trees that were hanging over the road?

In the Patreon vlog Fanny said "We're still very much on good terms with the Heating Engineer and we're trying to help him move forward with it"

I wonder if the various parties (including Fanny's insurance company) have attempted to resolve the matter amicably over the past year without resorting to lawsuits. but haven't reached an agreement. Thus all the circular finger- pointing. If the parties are now moving forward with legal proceedings, forget about remaining on good terms. Hanni's pseudo-legal advice is no longer needed and Fanny has had to lawyer up.

I believe that Stephanie purposely keeps her bedroom in crappy shape so viewers, and Patrons will feel sorry for her. It is used to manipulate people into believing that she is selfless, and really wants to put only the greater good of the dump ahead of her personal needs. There is a reason why she films herself in front of peeling wallpaper, shady substandard electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling, rotten windows that have never been repainted, pee stained wood floors, the missing wall that she recklessly removed in the bedroom, etc. You know that she has money set aside to redo her apartment in first class style whenever she is ready.

She has spent money on furnishings for the room, an expensive mattress, purchased a bed from the Ritz for her bedroom, has thousands of euros in luxury bedding and towels, expensive antiques, well over €1000 in newly purchased perfumes, receives thousands of euros in Botox and filler treatments, has a closet stuffed with thousands of euros in new and expensive designer, clothing and shoes, loads of expensive jewelry, expensive liquor, and expensive baccarat barware in her apartment. She is likely already purchased expensive new wallpaper for when she decides to redo her rooms. Remember, this is the same woman who spent over $1000 Buying expensive tissues covers, magazine files, and notebooks for herself. She routinely purchases at a minimum, 5 to 6 new coats per year. She has likely spent about $1000 on purchasing multiple hot chocolate machines and
hot chocolate packets alone. She has a hired staff to cook, clean, run her B and B and do administrative work, do all the gardening, do all the routine work inside and outside of the dump, take care of the animals, take care of the property, as well as a personal handmaiden to attend her every need, drive her everywhere, take care of her new vanity prop dog, and handle all of the luggage, boxes, purchases, and travel arrangements. She is not suffering in any manner.

I reckon Bunboy is completely out of his depth with anything to do with heating installation. He wouldn't know the govt rules and regulations on installing a system, he was on site when permission was given for the heavy machinery to be driven over recently disturbed soil.

He has form in throwing other tradesmen under the bus i.e. Ian. I reckon he causes nastiness to other tradesmen to cover up his own hopelessness. He is a carpenter, that's it. There's a reason why all the regular tradesmen don't return to that shithole. Ian, Ian electrician, Nick the tree, back passage guy AWOL, terrace repairers, old church restorer guy. Her reputation must stink.

On a proper building site tradesmen do not cross over trades, in fact on very big construction jobs in Australia, it is illegal to do so. The unions would have a field day.

Where to install a gas or oil boiler room?
When the total useful power of the installations is greater than 70 kW, they must be placed inside a specific room (boiler room). If the useful power is greater than 2,000 kW, the boiler room must be located outside any residential building, office building or any area accessible to the public. On terraces, installation is authorised provided that the boiler room is located at least 10 m from homes, offices or areas accessible to the public.

The boiler room must offer means of retreat in at least two directions, except in the case of low-pressure steam installations, low-temperature superheated water or non-superheated hot water installations for the boiler room in the basement, on the ground floor, on the top level of the building or on the terrace (if Pu is less than 2,000 kW), where only one exit is allowed. In the case of a boiler room in the basement, level access with a minimum surface area of 4 m2 is mandatory.


The fire behaviour of the boiler room walls
must meet the following requirements:

  • The side walls and the upper and lower floors of the room must be constructed of materials rated MO and fire rated at least two hours (except for the boiler room installed on the terrace, where the side walls and roof must have materials classified as MO).
  • The decree of 23 June 1978 also defines the level of fire protection for the walls and roofing of a boiler room at a distance of less or more than 10 m from any building.
Access to the boiler room from inside a building can be done:

  • by an airlock closed by two flame-proof doors of half-hour degree, opening in the direction of exit;
  • by a one-hour fire door equipped with a door closer;
  • by any other fire protection device of degree one hour.
Access to the boiler room from the outside can be done:

  • by a fire access door of at least half an hour, if that door is less than 10 m away from any residential building, office or area accessible to the public;
  • by a door without any particular fire resistance condition, if this door is more than 10 m away from any residential building, office or area accessible to the public.
The minimum ceiling height of a boiler room must be 2.20 m. The professional must remember to provide a free space of at least 50 cm between the generators to allow normal operation or to carry out maintenance or renewal work on the equipment.



The flow of heat from a boiler room must not cause a resulting increase in the indoor temperature of more than 2°C in adjacent dwellings, offices or areas accessible to the public.


Requirements related to the cutting device.
In the case of a liquid fuel supply, a means of rapid power cut-off shall be placed outside the space to allow the liquid fuel inlet to be stopped. For installations using gaseous fuel, it is the decree of 2 August 1977 that sets the requirements for the cut-off device. The external fuel shut-off system must be located in an easily accessible and well-marked location.

A permanent ventilation system
must equip the boiler room (introduction of fresh air in the lower part and exhaust air in the upper part). The ventilation air can be evacuated through one or more ducts leading to the roof or through one or more openings in the walls. Finally, to make the installation reliable, a service or maintenance contract is necessary.

MO/A2 - is material incombustable classement Francais and European but it must also give 2 hours of heat resistance

Mr Spratt said what he would do is pay Qualigaz to come out and inspect the boiler room installation and give their advice should it not pass. The people he's used in the past have always been more than willing to advise on the current regulations, explaining anything he didn't understand.

He is also wondering have they bought the correct heat resistant plasterboard that will be stamped NF (Norme Francais which is the equivalent of the British Standard kite mark) from a proper building suppliers or have they gone the cheap route and brought it at bloody BricoDepot.

Nathan must know all of the above he's been doing this long enough, it's not his first commercial installation he's fluent French.

Why ask for lawyers? Has Nathan been telling her and she won't listen;

Yes, her habit is to throw the workmen/TB doctors under the bus. However incompetent Nathan is, he is licensed in France as far as I know and continues to make a living working for other people. An interesting feint, if true. He's saying I won't touch your bleeping boiler room with a 10 foot pole and I'm not going to argue with you about it.
