This is the why the self-appointed Lord of the Manor bought the new table to seat 14.

Diana Henry is one of my top five favourite food writers. Her recipes are wonderful and her books are fantastic. Highly recommemded! Sadly, her weekly column in the Telegraph is behind a paywall, which makes me spit - finding her recipes online isn’t easy. She has no website with a handy recipe archive! As well as lovely recipes, she writes beautifully. Her books are almost like essays with recipes.
Thank you so much @NotAChatelaine !! I am not familiar with Diana Henry, so I would love to dig dig dig for some of her recipes ,and her books . I collect cookbooks so she will be a great addition!
PS . on another note…
If snorts pants get any tighter, he will cut off circulation…. Repulsive
P P.S Oh yes ! I have heard of her ! … I think I have one of her cookbook !!! I’ll have to look.

‘I hate being in a chateau where half the rooms are shut up and not used and we are not doing this here”, says Fanny to Annemarie.

Really Fanny. You could have fooled me. The biggest room in the house has been shut up now for over 2 years, the infamous apartments for Nutti and Scotty MacFuckface not worked on or used for over 3 years, the bread oven room, ye olde shoppe room, and what was originally destined to be the China room. All just left and used as storage areas for all the crap bought by the shopaholics or sent to the shithole over the last 3 years. That’s as well as the crap stuffed into the storage containers which will be there for ever now and become part of the permanent fixtures of the property.
She sure talks rubbish.

She writes for Waitrose’s recipes in their Monthly magazine & newsletter. Go on their site. It’s where I got this recipe from. I also have a couple of her books. She’s my kinda Cook 👌🏻

Coming down to see the shiny table all laid out for breakfast at 1am       I couldn't give a tit! Dog in PJs?

Dave likes polishing tables, well good for you dishpan, set yourself up like a kipper there!

Aumary, workshop, just don't even go there :sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep::sleep: just move out do us all a favour! Your going to anyway!

She loves left over days mmmm:unsure: BECAUSE IT'S WHEN THEY ALL GET A FULL PLATE, INSTEAD OF JUST ENOUGH TO FILL A TEA CUP!

Stained glass of poor Lancelot, that arsewipe was more interested in the patterns that the portrait, just shows his overall interest.

Subliminal grifting. Get more of Galahad, Molly, Phoebe.............sod the poor bloody cat Ruby who we've not seen recently either.

Dave can polish that table all he wants, but Dave, you can’t polish a turd 💩

A handful of her recipes here and also some of her interviews, including one with Stanley Tucci, who I slightly worship (his TV series, Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy, is terrific - I think it’s on A’zon Prime (it was aired on the BBC in the UK)).

DH’s books are absolute treasures!

Stephanie goes on about loving burying herself in cookery books. You me and the rest of the world knows that’s utter tosh!
