This storm looks to be a tricky one! Hoping it’s just going to bring us buckets of rain, with the already saturated area will bring flooding to the low lying areas. Mr.P hasn’t decided to put up shutters up yet. But we are filling up the cars as people will panick and the stations will run out of gas. Sam’s club is already out of water. We did a tiny order for freezer goods for the shop just in case. But, looks like our North Florida people will get this. @T Rex , if you need anything holler.!! We are on the first electric grid at the shop, so I’ll have air and food, come see me if the cells are down and grab food for you and your neighbors :)

Each side will keep their existing property owned before the marriage and share any property obtained during the marriage subject to mortgage, debts and potential equity etc unless a donation was made from one side to the other and documented during said courtship with the same rules applying. Thankfully many laws in France are based on common sense.
 
The hay baskets and troughs are they only things in CHMN worth having. Remove them, paint them black and attach to outside walls filled with flowers / plants brighten up / hide the crumbling render.
Why Amuary thinks anyone in the future would uncover them again, a bulldozer and wrecking ball will be all that is required for the dump.

I'm surprised Fanny hasn't commissioned a stained glass window of the Blessed Stephoney herself, the whiter than white, poor little orphan princess who is so selfless and altruistic and saved the chapel for the benefit of future generations of the French public.

IF and that's a big IF this wedding goes ahead she'll get a prenup. She may be thick as tit on some things but as far as her own personal wealth, she's as sharp as a tack.

I am, thank you. I returned to work yesterday. It’s a bit quiet what with concerns over Helene out in the Gulf. We tend to go into a wait and see posture when something builds out there. Katrina’s one two punch to Florida and Louisiana has made us a bit skittish no matter what the meteorologist say.
