It's been about 1.5 years since I last checked in and posted and I was horrified to learn that a new pet was acquired and died. The last time I was here was when the South African student died. I did some investigation in SA and found out the poor student unalived herself and at the time of her death was frantically trying to find ways of raising money to continue her final year of schooling.
I was pretty outraged not over this but also over the treatment of animals at Lalande. I called for people to contact the lical SPCA and file a complaint that would make the SPCA go to Lalande and investigate. I filled out the forms but none of you hypocrites, yes, it's the same members from 1.5 years ago, bothered to do anything about beyond bitching about the treatment of animals at Lalande. If you had actually the bravery to have done so 1.5 years ago and complained, there wouldn't be a dead dog now. She would have never been able to get any other animals if there were enough complaints that the SPCA would have punished her and barred animals on the property. I was the only one who complained. I was the only one who concted FRK ' mother to tell her that Marie wasn't doing well and she needed to check on her. Which she did.
You people are a bunch of hypocrites and like to moan and complain for the sake of it but never bother to do the right thing. You are all cowards and keyboard warriors with absolutely no bravado beyond continually moaning about your faux outrage and do absolutely nothing about it. Shame on you all.
