I just watched the Patreon video with Amaury. He has carefully avoided speaking with his Cuz Steph on camera, and likely otherwise, especially since the accident in October, 2023. Stephanie crashed his talk to the five or six Patrons so he would be forced to speak with her on camera and she could control the information he imparted to the Patrons. That is one reason why a bored Permasmile was likely present to serve as a babysitter during the talk.
Stephanie gatecrashing Amaury‘s talk was a power move on her behalf. He could not leave the room and escape her presence for the first time in months. She then began to hijack his talk, interrupting him nonstop ( rudely and impatiently saying yeah, yeah, yeah, when he was trying to explain something to the Patrons or answer one of Stephanie’s “concerns.”), and talking about herself, as usual.
She derisively laughed at Amaury when he explained that in his previous work in England, that the client was always right, and he had to do as they requested. When Amaury explained that the paneling that Stephanie purchased for the not so grand salon was essentially
not in great shape and was insufficient in quantity to even cover the room, Stephanie immediately started to interject comments, “ I love a bargain.…..Oak paneling is wonderful. ….Amaury can craft additional paneling to match the bargain paneling I purchased. …..I am obsessed with paneling.…..I love a bargain.”
WAS STEPHANIE SETTING UP A STORYLINE FOR POSTPONEMENT OF THE NOT SO GRAND SALON THIS FALL?
She then made a comment about how the grand salon project had to be started this year or “ heads will roll” implying that Amaury was being impatient or unreasonable in wanting to complete the project that he had specifically moved to France to complete over three years ago. Stephanie did not seem enthusiastic about the grand salon project going forward in November, 2024. I have a feeling that the chapel restorers will end up pulling out of the job at the last minute ( or already have) and/ or will find enormous amounts of other issues that need to be dealt with. It will cost hundreds of thousands more dollars, thus bringing the grand salon project to another grinding halt until more funds are donated by viewers/ Patrons. Stephanie does not want to spend any patreon funds on the dump. She wants to keep all the money for herself personally. She does not want to spend patreon funds on something not pretty, like floors, walls, and beams.
I believe that Amaury knows that the chances of the grand salon being rebuilt within the next year is close to zero but cannot state this on camera. Amaury tried to reframe Stephanie self-professed obsession with paneling as a ”passion” for paneling.
Stephanie had to intentionally interject that “ Ñutty will kill us all” if the grand salon is not finished by the spring of 2025 bed and breakfast season. Do you see what she did? She intentionally responded to rumors that Cuz and Ñutty would leave the dump once they got married and also set up the poor overburdened helpless little orphan princess narrative of how Stephanie would have to deal with an angry Ñutty if the grand salon project did not move forward in November, 2024. She is already stated that Cuz would “ make heads roll” if the project did not start this fall. Was Stephanie setting up a storyline so when the grand salon renovation is postponed once again in November, 2024 or is unable to be completed, viewers and Patrons will feel sorry for Stephanie because all of the circumstances must have been outside of her control, and now Cuz and Ñutty are angry with her, but she, the little orphan princess, is simply disappointed once again.
She will then do a video with fake tears running down her face next to a log burner in the darkened dining room once again, with the caption, “ I am simply heartbroken” and start a new ebegging campaign to help fund a new contractor for the project and likely more expensive problems discovered in the salon and the rooms above it. She will then film fake Thanksgiving and fake Christmas at the dump, and jet off for four months of luxury 5 star travels with loser Snorts. I believe that her cousin knew exactly what she was doing during the talk by making all these comments, but he was unable to say anything.
Stephanie admitted during the talk that her cousin has a gift for expressing creativity and artistry in woodwork and that she, sadly, lacks the creativity and artistry that her dead daddy Derek possessed.” I don’t have that in me.”
Stephanie wanted to put gold leaf on all the paneling in the Marquis suite. Amaury was against doing so. Stephanie may still decide to put gold leaf on all the paneling in the Marquis suite. She also wants to put gold leaf on the “bargain” oak paneling that she purchased to go in the not so grand salon and intended to talk to the person on the chapel restoration team who applied the gold leaf in the chapel about applying gold leaf to the paneling. Stephanie complained that the photograph of the paneling from a grand chateau that she used for the Marquis suite featured gold leaf, so she wants the paneling replicated exactly at the dump, to include the gold leaf. She wants to “ bling” paneling In the Marquis Suite and the not so grand salon.
Didn’t she mention applying gold leaf to the smelly restaurant paneling that she purchased for the upstairs bedroom? I have a feeling she will want any and all paneling at the dump to be gilded with gold. How stupid to try to get an artisan who professionally restores chapels to come and gild a bunch of “ bargain” paneling at the dump. I have a feeling the price will be out of her budget, just like the $40,000 she was quoted to put in her cheap auction “ bargain” fountain Snorty impulsively purchased. Stephanie loves to hemorrhage money, especially when it is free to her.
I do not understand why she believes that restoration of a farm house from the 1600s in rural France needs to be embellished with elaborate paneling, tens of thousands of dollars in luxury wallpaper, gold gilding, etc. She is trying to turn a simple farmhouse with low ceilings into a blinged out gaudy Disney Versailles. I do not believe that her cousin shares her vision.
Stephanie also did not like Amaury talking about how Maria, the former cook, needed a higher working surface in the kitchen but was blocked by the gruesome twosome. She impatiently interrupted his talk about the kitchen, yeah….yeah…yeah .
I think Amaury and Ñutty want to leave the Dump but are currently prevented from doing so due to the financial golden ( or in this case gilded/ gold leaf encased) handcuffs both of them have to Cuz Steph/ the Dump as a result of both of them receiving their salaries and several months of paid vacation time yearly ( working “ remotely” and on his parents home in the south of France).
