MYSTERY SOLVED! Did Potts take the chapel photo below and does it feature his photoshopped previous girlfriend burlesque performer Floortje Gattina from the Netherlands who came to the Dump and performed for the Dump crew? I believe so.What do you think? Click on all links and photos etc below,

Can't wait to be able to travel there from the UK again, my eldest son and 3 grandchildren live in Ontario, I haven't seen them for 2 years. They don't know Manor and Maker. Hopefully you can get back here sooner than later, but time will tell. My husband and I would love a vacation somewhere...

The "Adopt a Star" fundraiser to restore their privately owned St. Joseph's chapel is shockingly inappropriate. We're talking about a PRIVATELY OWNED chapel in PRIVATE grounds that the public will not be able to visit without permission as it's situated in private grounds.

When the Lalacelles set up three crappy caravans two feet apart, with an eight foot wall around them so they didn't have to look at them, on crunchy gravel with the toilet and shower a good long trek away, I wrote them off as scumbags of the Petherick class. The styrofoam and the Astro-turf were just the cherry on the sundae.

I don't know if I thought they were criminals, but I've never really taken to any of them, even Michael, although I did enjoy watching a few of his videos from time to time. I wish I could put a finger on why, but even in pandemic times, I couldn't really get into watching their vlogs.

I read all of the comments last night under the Daily Mail article (there are some doozy comments there - for a couple of those folks, The Hundred Year War is not over and we should now call it The Thousand Year War!).

What strikes me about some of the comments I've read over the past 24 hours is this thought that stealing from a church is like the worst thing ever and unforgiveable. For me, stealing from anybody over and over and over again is not a good look. I don't care if it was a church, a neighbor's house or a drugstore.....theft and robbery for me is all the same! Being convicted of robbery and theft is not a good look, no matter what piddly sentence you got and Billy's defense of "immaturity" and Gwen's defense of "I was in the car just writing my dissertation and playing video games" could be a valid defense in the legal world, but in the real world, these thefts were not that long ago and I think they will have a very negative impact on this entire family IN REAL LIFE. Who in the French community is going to want to interact with them? How will this affect their children?

I will be shocked if this doesn't end, once and for all, any relationship on camera between any Petherick and Stephanie Jarvis. The last thing that woman wants is any sunlight on her own misdeeds!
 
The scandal and publicity might blow over across the Channel, but not with the locals. It will follow the Pethericks for as long as they stay in the area. It will taint their circle of friends as well. Any goodwill Billy had built up in the community has been wiped away. I wouldn’t be surprised to find the Mairie ending their support of the convent project. Billy has blotted his copybook so badly the local businesses might suddenly find themselves unable to supply their needs. Because of her involvement Gwen has now brought Saf into the scandal. I doubt it’s board will find this acceptable.

But I can't think of any good revolutionary reason for stealing the chalices and implements of mass, especially, it seems, from unguarded village churches open hospitably to passersby. Even thieves in Porsches. The story noted the churches had had to limit hours and install cameras for the first time. The loss of caritas, would it be? to the community is so much greater than the monetary value of the implements. And what kind of pig thinks of a church as something you can loot?

How many times did we hear Michael Petherick cry about how Angel Strawbridge stole his wallpaper design? Michael has never gotten over it…still holds a grudge against the Strawbridges to this day. He even poked fun at Dick Strawbridge in the last Doing It Ourselves video he released 8 months ago. Yet his own brother stole items from churches. Billy, you might want to talk to your brother…Michael understands it doesn’t feel good when someone steals from you. He can explain it.

Michael Potts has had many questionable photo shoots at Chateau de Lalande.
However, Trevor Tarin was the photographer for Gothlet's, Chateau de Lalande chapel goth photos, 2018.
I am sure they know each other and travel in similar circles.

Fabulous sleuthing, so strange to find my former avatar quoted on the subject of Potts and his strippers. I missed the tale of Floortje's visit and performance, ugh.
I'd love for your theory to be true, but I don't think this goth model is Floortje Creamcheese. No chin. Floortje has a chin. Of course this could be a chinless stripper Photoshopped or photographed by Potts in the chapel.

Definitely two separate days, but likely even more.

During Tante's big lunch you can see Snorty & FRK's grocery shopping on the table (toilet paper & whatever food container FRK carried in the kitchen). FRK may not be happy to be back at the shitoo, but she looked particularly happy to be sitting beside Snorty.
Amusing to see Fanny send Snorty up to the attic with the Christmas decorations while see waddles out to the chapel for her hourly worker harassment session.

Oncle trying to have a dry February yet Snorty pulls out a special bottle of port on a regular weeknight dinner to entice him to take a tipple. Snorty doesn't even need an excuse for a drink. Fanny & Snorty both need intense, inhouse treatment for their drinking and shopping addictions.

Who in the hotel guest community is going to check into a hotel whose proprietor is a thief? Or book an event without suspecting their deposit will disappear?

How interesting, that could well be what happened. Whoever is in the photo, and whoever took it, must have prepared in advance and decided they wanted to use the chapel as the background. They also took the costume there with them; it was well-planned. I believe Clara intimated that it was something to do with B & B guests getting into the chapel without Fanny knowing. That seems very unlikely. How did you know the woman was one of MP's girlfriends? Your surmise seems highly likely and if so, Fanny was certainly in with it all. It's something she would find funny and enjoyable. I only wish she could be exposed for all this. If only those poor star adopters could be made aware of the deceitful lot that the owners are
