Don't talk to me about Heathcliffe! He's been absent for ages, and has never bothered to acknowledge my daily occasional love messages.
Why not, Heathcliffe?🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰Helloooooo? You out there? It's me, Kathy Alice!💋

I confess that I became rather ‘virtually enamoured’ with Heathcliffe when I first joined Tattle, as for some reason, I imagined he looked like Dominic West, another scoundrel I might add 😍 He was one of my favourites on here. I know I know it sounds nuts.

Now give us the bloody jet back Heathcliffe !!

The building is not heated and it is freezing cold, so what is the point of putting the whashing on the Sheila maid? It will get moldy and smelly and will never dry.

Lancelot has not grown up since they bought him. When people buy puppies, they usually grow up afterwards, even small breeds.
Did they buy a young dog, not a puppy, hence the discount ?????

Who will stay at the dump while they are in Vienna and Venice?

The children' friends who came when she was in London broke a chair (only a chair?). What sort of parenting is that???(n)
I would have been mortified and done everything to fix it.

@ComtesseRose Thanks for the new thread, I thought about you all day yesterday, Queen Daisy was magnificent, and your new King and Queen are quite the dishy couple! Does anyone else secretly hope for a "scandal" involving Queen Daisy and a salacious (age appropriate) lover? Or am I the only with octogenarian fan fiction running around in my head?! Regardless, I sincerely hope Margarethe is jetting off on holiday somewhere warm with a stack of good books. She deserves it!
I watched a ehrengard bts the other day. I hope she will have more time for her hobbies now. Does family still owe the french vineyard?

FRK - did you add peanut to the Satay Sauce (especially for Snorty)?

oh dear - one more vlog about nothing from old Phil on Chateau Life............ he needs a vivacious woman to counterbalance his low energy dull self oh, and some decent content. They were never good at this vlogging bizzo.
Snorts is desperate to be that quirky eccentric with his little dog and painted nails. Instead all we see is a sad lazy boring greedy individual carrying a dog! Yes Snorts that’s it!! He knows far too much about Fanny’s finances for her to let him go and he uses that as leverage to get his own way!! like a spoiled brat! They are in far too deep now!! In their sick partnership, currently talking crap about curtains, in yet another attempt to detract from the fact that despite over 1 million donated to the Farmhouse, they sit in damp squalor !!

Does she get extra credit for posting every little thing she does in this course? I mean, really, Marie...just go live your life! Learn and have fun. All the "amazing" and "viola" comments are annoying, to me anyway. The instructors are "amazing", their demos are "amazing".....her own efforts are "amazing". If you have to repeat this mantra over and over, how "amazing" is it, really? Who are you trying to convince?

And another thing, I guess it's great to know how to make a baguette, but YOU LIVE IN FRANCE! Why make them? It's like her making hot dog buns or that weird attempt at naan......NOT "amazing"!

I can't see how kids can split it like that... A fat drunk adult must have been leaning back on two legs...

Unfortunately you have to kill the wild boar. They multiply so fast and are so destructive. They can be dangerous too under certain circumstances.
We got chased by a wild boar in Germany and fortunately we were told they have no peripheral vision so we zigged, he zagged and we clambered onto a cord of firewood until we were sure he didn't have friends following him!

Did I hear you say you had roast pork for Lancelot? My Vet said, never give a dog roast pork it can make them sick and give them diarrhea. That's why there are no dog foods on the market with pork. Sorry about the bad news and I guess you will live and learn!

Did Marie make the pork roast like a week before she left and they are still eating it? 🤢

It's great that she now knows how to prepare all these dishes - but how is she going to make any of them on the tight budget in the land of lies?

I would be very surprised if Steph gave her a generous shopping budget. Better she takes another course where she learns to cook with what the forest and the garden provide. She won't have anything else available xcept 3 duck fillets for 12 people.

It doesn't surprise me that one of Fanny's dining chairs broke. They're old, second-hand, frequently used and poorly maintained. It probably had a split or hairline break that Fanny couldn't bother to fix. Heck, Snorty hasn't reupholstered the chair he brought back from the UK a year ago. I think it's been at least 3 years since anyone at the shitoo fixed a piece of furniture.

And not a Thermomix in sight.

We have them here in rural Spain too

I recall an article about Prince Harry hunting for wild boar in Germany as part of a cull.
In Australia we have feral pigs in the outback as well as feral camels, horses and buffalo.
Deer have become a problem in the high country.

I doubt he'd know what a clamp is or how to use it for repairs.
