For sure. What company says they were "engaged" by them. Creative wording I think. They would have said hired or something similar if they were being paid. Maybe the landlord is paying? A friend of mine was given a budget by her landlord to have some work done in the house. Maybe Dodgy Daveh has some scheme going with his pals. Definitely not a straightforward transaction anyway!

I'm sorry but who paves their back garden with slabs? What they are putting down is like what you have a driveway or front of house for cars.

David worked/works as a landscaper with Gibson - they recently (~6-7 months ago) priced up a fairly big job my sister was getting done and David was on the team. So there is no way that’s not either free or heavily discounted!

Does anyone else find her answer about telling David’s family Sydney’s middle name a little cheeky, ‘I barley remember it ’ yet if it was about telling her own family then the answer would of being three stories long. Could the Gibson landscaping business be linked to those friends of theirs from up north? The ones they lived with in Sydney - the girl was McCoy but no idea on the guys name.
