They do all this revamp to rented houses as they have no value on money. They know that whatever they want all they have to do is tag a business alluding to something they need and boom! It arrives a few days/weeks later. I would rather have some dignity and actually earn my money and provide what I need in my own house than be a leech!

It would sicken you though, getting things done free or heavily discounted. Especially as Terrie says they’re planning a few months away, when will they enjoy it?

Myself and OH were thinking of redoing our back garden a while back, but put it on the back burner for a while… it was costing too much and we had other priorities!

Same with nikki last year got gifted garden furniture showed a quick boomerang and fecked off the next day for the summer. The furniture wasn't shown all summer I'd say the garden centre were raging .

Good enough for Jones’ they should have done more research into who they did business with. She spend weeks tagging them to get what she wanted, think they learned their lesson not a mention Yet this season

Similar job we got quoted €6,500 and that was without a feature wall or grass, I imagine when you factor in travel costs for that company you or I would pay €10,000 for that job, no way did they spend that on a rented house, if they did they are foolish that’s a good chunk of a deposit

I live in the south and I got my back done up in a similar style to terrie about 4 years ago and it cost 14k I seriously cannot fathom that someone would pump similar money into a rented home
