So I have Fibro!
alongside a bad heart and arthritis!!
move bene given tons of pain meds, and honestly think they make things worse lol. I found if you let it get you, laze around All day, it’s much worse than if you push through it,
I’m managing to work full time, and run a house.
yes it does get painful, and I carry a hot water thing everywhere and have painmeds ready, but my personal opinion is it’s a mind game - if you let it beat you, it will, if you don’t - you can live a ‘normal’ life just like anyone else!!
there’s a girl I know who has fibro and endo, and she doesn’t get out of bed - her whole
Personality is the diagnosis, and she relies on her partner to do everything…

Exactly this! I have endo as well as other things. Yes it’s painful and yes I can get blood clots etc but I chose to be a mum. I had my son knowing my condition and how it affects me. Therefore I don’t put my condition before my son. He didn’t choose to be born, me and his dad chose to have him. So when in pain I pull up my big girl pants and get on with it. If I let it consume me it will but I can’t expect my boy to have his mum bedridden because that’s unfair on him. Sometimes you just have to push through it. I really do hope you’re ok and managing x

I’ve been bang into salted pretzels at the moment, and bbq pop chips 😍😍😍 but in Asda they are £2.25 a bag and I can’t justify that 😫

I was thinking about you this morning and wondering if you'd chosen your snacks yet! 😂

I've got a bag of maltesters and some giant wotsits. I really fancy skittles though so I might get some sour ones :)
